Vacation/business stay
Convenient location. Many restaurants and stores close by. The property has lots of amenities that are fun to utilize when you have time. The villas are spacious. The West Village is my families favorite area to stay.

Great place to stay, if you can avoid the sales pitch
This is a great place, amazing rates and amenities. Service is great and everything they have to offer is amazing. Although they did recently start charging for most of the extras, it's still a good time. Never have to leave. But good luck avoiding the "used car salesman" they harassed me multiple times during my stay, after very clearly stating I'm not interested in the welcome tour for a timeshare. Even called my room. Just wouldn't politely take NO for an answer. If you don't mind spending 90 mins to be sold on a time share, then go for it, they give you great perks for attending. Just expect the great experience to change the moment you say no.

There are so many options to choose from over the years and we have been coming here for over 20 years. This means a lot un the hotel industry. We have always felt welcome and safe here. There are so many options to choose from. My only problem is I never have enough time to enjoy everything or enough days to stay. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were little and hard. Your cocktails are very expensive. Your french fries were awesome.

We always have a good stay and you are close to the Disney parks
We always enjoy our stays here. The only difference this time was the absolutely abysmal WI FI. It was so slow that when I connected my work PC with a VPN it would not render any web pages. I had to use my cell phone as a hot spot and connect my pc to my phone.

Our review
Bed extremely uncomfortable, gate guard was a jerk. Luring us into Club vacation meeting was not appreciated and wasted our day. Although the representative was very nice and informative. We felt mislead by the whole experience

Rooms and location
The location of the resort is great. I think more amenities should be included or an option when you pay for the rooms. Things include the lazy river and putt putt golf.
