Love Orange Lake

We look forward every year to coming to Orange Lake. We have been coming for more than twelve years. This year we met the most amazing bartender at lazy river her name is Mimi. She made our day so much fun. We are so sorry to hear that we won’t be seeing her next year. Wishing her all good luck in her future endeavors.

Comfy bed, plenty of space, clean

We had a great time at Orange Lake resort. The condo had plenty of space, a big dining table, large bedrooms and very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were quite cramped but just the shower/toilet space. Could barely close the door. There was enough room by the sinks. And this had no great negative impact on our trip- we had a lot of fun at the pools, the kids loved the pool days as much as they did Disney. WiFi could be greatly improved. It kept bumping me off and requiring sign in after five minutes, even though it’s supposed to last the whole day. Ended up using cell service for data. We will absolutely stay again.

Great over all experience

The resort is perfect for our family needs. The pools, the food, the bars and the close proximity to Disney World and Universal Studios is perfect for us. We highly recommend the resort to families and couples looking for a great value and stay.

Best Villas Ever

Villas offer all necessary, and some unnecessary, amenities! Enough space for privacy for family with grown children, but perfect accommodations to spend quality time together! Sesame at check-in was fabulous, most staff went above and beyond to be friendly!

Love the property, but very hard to reach front desk

The property is very clean and offers a lot of activities. You can easily text the front desk if you agree to messaging. But it is almost impossible to get someone at the front desk to answer the phone. Also, they really try to push you to buy into the Holiday Inn Vacation Club property. Be wary because the sales pitch is longer than 90 minutes.

Service

We had a very wonderful experience and a lot of fun. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a young man named Justin who was absolutely incredible! Awesome customer service.

The fan ran and ran, even when shut off completely

Nice place but they don’t clean the grout in the bathrooms and the heat/air fan would not turn off. It ran and ran.

Clean and large villas!

Orange lake is usually my go to place to stay when I am in the area. Love the large villas. Lots of comfortable space for family. They offer lots to do at the resort and have many pools and a great Golf course. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Great service

This place is always my go to when staying in Orlando. The service is great the rooms are always perfect and the pools are always a must. Never a dull moment when we stay.

Lovely place

I enjoyed everything about this resort. Our sweet was very spacious and clean, the amenities were incredible, and the food at the restaurants is delicious. around the resort on the shuttle was very easy
