Incredible amenities

While I booked 2 villas to bring family, I requested a side by side booking as we needed to support some of our family members. While it appeared that internal departments don't work together, this was missed and caused some concern in the initial check-in. The staff did everything they could to resolve the issue even though we had already unpacked. In the end, it was a long process after driving down from Canada but the team came through and set us up for success. Orange Lake is like a 2nd home for us and we will be coming back for many years to come.

Lots of space

The resort was quite large with plenty to do. The main pool is impressive. It’s great to have a washer and dryer and they gave three or four package of Tide so it’s easy to pack light. The beds are comfortable. The space is very roomy. Parking at night is fine. We felt very safe the entire time. There are lots of restaurants in the area. Super easy and quick to get to Disney.

Great property, great experience.

Two cons that I can think of is that the AC vent in one of the bathroom super chills you when standing in front of the sink and the other was that the shower needed to be better adjustable and or shower / wand combo implemented. Nothing critical to the stay.

Gave place to have a get away vacation with the family!

We had a great time. It was easy to find. Easy to check in. Every body was so nice. When we got to our villa it was very clean and smelled cleaned. Loved having the outside space to enjoy nature. I would definitely recommend to family and friends in the future.

Stay at this hotel!

We had a two-bedroom villa and it exceeded our expectations. We loved having a front and backyard for my critter-loving child (lots of lizards). Inside it was so spacious and so clean! Everything was super comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. Publix is just next door outside the resort gate. Note: the TV has only Nick Jr (not Disney Jr.) so if you have young kids, bring an iPad:). We definitely plan to stay again!

Lovely vacation!

We stayed at the villa for a week and it was so nice and spacious! Close to parks and restaurants! Has so much to do on property, and so many pools! Some things cost extra, but it was a great time! We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful property

Beautiful Property, beautiful views. Large Suites. Excellent location fifteen minutes away from Disney world. Good value

Great place to relax

Very quiet in the Villas, and easy to relax and enjoy the area. Parks are very convenient to get to, and there are plenty of options for food and shopping right off the property.

Disappointing Stay at Orange Lake

Our stay at Orange Lake in 2023 was nothing short of a disaster. We've been loyal guests since 2015, but this year's visit left us deeply disappointed. Our first mistake was deciding to participate in the resort's tour, a decision that quickly turned sour. The tour staff not only kept us waiting for 30 minutes but also displayed a shocking level of rudeness. Their lack of punctuality was frustrating enough, but their attitudes were downright offensive. The tour guide's behavior was so unbearable that I felt compelled to walk away from the tour. To make matters worse, when I tried to address the issue with the manager, her response was equally rude, if not worse. The only positive aspect of our stay was the front desk staff who checked us in. They were courteous and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring a pleasant experience. However, any goodwill generated by this brief encounter was quickly overshadowed by the numerous issues we encountered during our stay. Let's talk about the food – it was abysmal. The prices were exorbitant, and the quality was appalling. Comparing it to the dining options at Disney, Holiday Inn Club Vacations not only falls short in terms of price but also in taste. It's mind-boggling how they can charge so much for such subpar meals. To add insult to injury, when I requested additional towels, paper towels, and other basic amenities, the staff flat-out refused. It's inconceivable that a supposedly family-friendly resort would deny such simple requests. And let's not even get started on the amenities fees – they were nothing short of ridiculous. I am deeply saddened to say that Orange Lake is no longer the place for my family. We used to cherish the wonderful memories we made here over the years, but this recent experience has shattered that nostalgia. It's disheartening to see a place we once loved decline to such an extent. I urge potential visitors to think twice before booking a stay here, as the quality and service have deteriorated significantly. Our cherished memories are now marred by this dismal experience.

Review of Room

Hotel was great, had amazing time with my kids. The room I was given was old, smelled like mold and just not what I expected. I am a gold member and I asked for a upgrade I would have paid for it but was told no… the resort is always fun for us but this rooms need to be deep cleaned and a bit of updating. Also need late night food options, I arrived at 9 and not one food option was open.. had to travel outside the resort to eat..
