Great Potential… poor management.
This location is a massive resort that must have been amazing in the 1980’s. But is clearly in need of updates on many levels, (some of which are in progress) and completely new management and timeshare sales force. As with most Orlando resorts, they are staffed with an overzealous sales force that clearly upsets considerably more people than they ever please. Get ready for the sales pitch from the second you step up to get your parking pass… and then again for those early morning unwanted am wakeup sales calls. And we did NOT book any type of "visit our Timeshare package"... we booked directly from the IHG website at best available rates, so we could just relax

Excelente resort, todo fue perfectamente bien.
Ya conocíamos este resort por haber estado alli en mas de una ocasión. El equipamiento de las villas es excelente, el mobiliario en condiciones, las camas confortables. El mantenimiento general del resort es de destacar. Los empleados de recepcion y de customer service son atentos y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente. Es un placer poder concurrir cada tanto a este lugar y verdaderamente anti-stress. Volveremos pronto. Muchas gracias

Decent Visit
Good value for the price and the resort is beautiful. The rooms could be updated to 2015 but other than that; good value for the price.

Nice and clean
We stayed in a villa that was extremely clean and up-to-date. We could walk out our door to the water park and we all thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere.

Disney Stay
Group of 8, we had a very comfortable stay. A few issues but nothing big. Easy commute to Disney. Will come back.

Good experience
Overall this is my 3rd stay at this resort. I had an issue with the villa I stayed at on the 1st day but their customer service resolved it and moved me to another villa on the next morning.
