Comfortable beds and blacked out rooms

This hotel stay is a must if all you want to donis relax and catch up on some rest, as the rooms are quiet, dark, and comfy. Of course, of you want to go the whole time, this is one resort that will accept the challenge of giving you all that you would need from a Great Florida Vacation!!

Friendly staff and plenty of activities

All our interactions with resort staff were pleasant and helpful. We arrived very late and did not have any issues with an expedient check in. The size of the resort can make getting around take some time, but also helped the resort feel less busy. The resort is older but the rooms have been updated and were clean.

Comfortable,clean ,organized rooms

The resort has more than enough to offer for all age levels. The lazy river was one of our favorite places to be and splash lagoon was our favorite pool. The tradewinds had excellent food and Paison beverages were excellent. Enjoyed the stores all being in Close vicinity to orange lake. Made grocery shopping so much easier. Would have liked the restaurants to stay open later in the evening. Loved Miller Ale house and Margarittaville for browsing. Sea world trip was definitely a plus along with Disney Springs trip. Enjoyable time by our family.

Friendly staff and beautiful experience

My family came for 4 nights and were immediately impressed with the property! There were multiple beautiful villages and it looked like its own city. We were impressed with the many things to do, the food options that included vegan and gluten free and the cafe! We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely love going here each time we have been here I’ve loved it more and more, from the villas to customer service restaurants pool everything! I must experience for pure relaxation

Great property with tons to do

We had a wonderful time after a small snafu at checkin. The property is huge with many pools to choose from. Great food options on site and nearby.

Second time at property - not as great this time

I've previously stayed at this property before and enjoyed the condo like rooms & closeness to Disney. This review is rated compared to other IHG properties in the Orlando area. Check in was more awkward this time. I was given a sticker and a $20 gift card for being an ihg platinum member. I thought the gift card was for food or beverage on property but after checking in at the first counter, I was transferred to a time share like agent at a different counter in order to be given my room keys. After 2 sales people pressuring me, I make it clear I did not want a sales pitch and as a parks annual passholder would not be purchasing park tickets though the hotel. At which time the agent ripped up the $20 voucher in front of me so I never really knew the purpose of it but assume it may have been for park tickets. Within the room itself, I was disappointed the microwave would not power on. I traced the plug back into a cupboard that had severe water damage. I suspect the electrical outlet was damaged. I called maintenance the next day (it was too late in the evening when we realized it was not functioning). While we were not there when maintenance came, I could tell a new outlet was installed in the wall. However, my friend I was staying with stepped on an achor nail that was left behind on the floor. I also called to have the toilets addressed as neither in our room were flushing properly upon checkin but it was never addressed. I would also like to see more attention given to creepy crawlies in the room. While I understand it is Florida, I did have to dig a large 2" palmetto bug (cockroach) out of my suitcase when it was time to pack to go home. I also had to trap and remove a large gecko from the bathroom during the stay. The pros were closeness to Disney parks and large amount of space (2 bedrooms).

I visit this resort once a year to visit friends. It is very clean!!!!

Nice And Peaceful

Great location. Arrive but front desk was not very friendly and did not greet us with a smile. She did not clearly explain how to find our room. we drove around for a while before realizing which building is ours. All guest should be treated the same like human beings. his was the first time my wife and i visit this location. I was not impressed with a first impression
