Clean and comfty
The rooms are really clean and smell good. the bed is very comfty. Good nights sleep. full kitchen is clean and comes with the right supplies.

Worst IHG experience in cumulative of 10 years. Considering not returning to an IHG hotel because of it. Management was accomodating, "resort" terminology is overrated, and ammenities were all at extra costs. Left after day one of a scheduled 2x week stay.

Would recommend but needs some improvements!
Roomy villas close to the "waterpark" for the kids. Could use a swift decor update to keep up. Room was pretty clean but found hair in places. Staff hard to get in touch with unless you want to go on one of their tours then they are all ears. A few disappointments here and there but i guess its what you make of it.

The hotel is really good for stay in and offers many activities inside the complex. Recommended; Regarding distance from parks, Disney parks are 20 minutes drive aways. Very convenient. Universal parks are around 50 minutes drive;

Get place for family fun
My first stay at the resort was amazing. The staff, and activities, were great. I was thinking my teenage sons would have been bored but they found so much to do! I would recommend this resort for family fun and relaxation!
