Love the pools and lazy River.
Very nice time relaxing, love the pools and staff was very nice. Enjoy our stay every year. Our favorite thing to do is play cash Bingo and swim at the pools. Your staff do a great job greeting my family every time we stay her, thanks again

This resort was very big and filled with fun amenities for the kids. We enjoyed their restaurant options. The pools were very well maintained and clean. The adult beverages were very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Everything at Orange Beach is great! The hotel everything one would want to do on vacation. The hotel had so much to do, that unless you want the Disney experience, you can do your whole vacation without leaving the premises!

Not attentive to guests urgent requests on faulty appliances
Leaking refrigerator caused my 3 year old son to slip and fall after an engineer came and claimed the leak was fixed.

Stayed in a bungalow. Nice accommodations. Room had some dust and pillowcase had someone else's homework assignment stuffed in it. Despite that, would stay there again.

Very hospitable staff and friendly. Easy check in process. Everything was very neat and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Also if you have kids there is so much to do right on site.
