Great place
Great place to spend with family. Plenty of activities to do with children. Pool are very clean. Pizza is amazing and so is the staff everywhere throughout hotel.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Pricey resort stay
A pricey resort stay with sub par check-in and front desk customer service. The customer service representative should really take note on how the servers at breezy treat their customers because they were phenomenal and had the best service. For the price we paid to stay here I could’ve gotten an all-inclusive Caribbean trip, so it’s not really worth the price

Clean, spacious and comfortable room!
We stayed in East Village area, River Island Building 26200(i think) arm 2625(Right by the elevator) We were blown away by the layout and most of all the cleanliness of the room. We felt comfortable and at home. Everything was spotless. We rested well after all the long days on the lazy river. Kitchen items were useful and cleaned well. The washer and dryer helped up limit any dirty closes and the provided Tide detergents helped.

Perfect Villa Retreat!
Our stay at the villa was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious layout and thoughtful amenities. The rooms were generously sized, making it ideal for families or groups. The covered patio was a favorite spot—perfect for morning coffee or evening chats, rain or shine. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: a fully stocked kitchen, cozy beds, clean linens, and even a washer and dryer. The attention to detail was evident, and the property was spotless. The resort itself had plenty to do for both adults and children. Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a friends retreat, this villa offers the perfect blend of privacy and luxury. Highly recommend!
Yes, I recommend this property.

Very time consumer check in, dirty rooms
Check in process is a joke bring a snack. If you have a problem do not go to the marketing desk they are no help, the room floors were nasty, floor boards were full of dust, cabanas do not have a zipper to close for some privacy it’s $300 come with a zipper at least!
No, I do not recommend this property.

Disappointed
This was the second Holiday Inn resort in Orlando that we tried for a long weekend of fun this summer, and for the second time we checked out after one night. The villa is mediocre at best but we were going to make the best of it. We arrived in the evening but decided to take the kids to the lazy river. The lazy river was an odd color, slimy, and about 2 feet two shallow. There is no staff monitoring the river so there were kids jumping off everything into the very shallow river. They also don’t tell you prior to your stay that they charge for EVERYTHING. You want a tube, you have to pay. You want to pay mini golf? It is going to cost you. As if that wasn’t bad enough, a guest pooped on the stairwell (there are no animals allowed). Needless to say we will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn again.

Not worth it
I did a quick overnight with my son as a treat, as we had stayed here years before. It was a huge disappointment for the money paid. Yes, it was large, and clean. But no coffee setup (I mean, even the Motel6 offers free coffee). The poolside bar was terribly understaffed. We tried calling the pizza restaurant on-site and it NEVER answered the phone. The lazy river was crowded and underfilled, and I wasn't about to pay $20 for a tube that would be hitting bottom every few feet.
Great accomodation on a really good resort.
This is our third time staying at Orange Lake as a family. We choose the 2 bedroom villa option to stay in as these are great family villas. We get a room and our kids get their own room and bathroom, plus we have full dining and living areas. Balcony are nice, though watch our for the cranes on sites ( by that I mean the birds :). Pool area is lovely and clean, though it is lacking in shade. My only recommendation to Orange Lake would be to at least double the number of umbrellas in the pool area in West village, it would make a massive difference to that area. Good location, close to Target and a Publix and lot's of local restaurants to go to. Shame I've spent all my IHG miles, or we'd be straight back next year.
