Great stay!

Exceptional service in a clean atmosphere. Easily accessible to the Disney World resort. This will be the place I stay from here on out for all things Disney related. It’s like a home away from home..

A wonderful experience worth every penny

I came here with my 3 son's, 20,18,16, for 1 week. We were treated very well. Check-in is at 4pm but we showed up at noon and our room was ready before we finished the check-in process. Amazing! We were given a map showing our villas location. It helped throughout our entire stay. It was easy to follow which helped because this place is huge. The water was always warm but not uncomfortably so. The lazy river was far better than we had imagined. Just beautiful and expansive. They have pools in every little village. There are around 7 or 8. We saw most of them. There were restaurants throughout and the landscaping was immaculate. The arcades were a blast. My kids spent hours there between 2 days. The bowling game and there was a ticket shoveling game, were their favorite. Mine too lol. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. Plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, utensils, pots & pans, coffee machine, tea kettle, even a blender. Beds were very comfortable and tvs in every bedroom plus the living room. Our neighbors were all very quiet. We never heard them once. Overall this was an amazing stay. I would struggle to find one thing negative about it. It was worth every penny. I can not recommend this enough. And if you go, try the 2 bedroom villa. Its like an apartment. My kids had plenty of space and so did I.

Love how close we are to Disney!

We’ve been coming to Orange lake for almost 20 years and we love the condos and the pools. The proximity to Disney is great, especially with the new entrance. We had some issues with elevators continuing to break down and that was hard with a quadriplegic son but other than that our stay was great.

Fair Experience

Check in process took over an hour. Owner side of check in had 4-5 associates and guest side only had 1 assisting with check in. Associates on owner side not assisting owners while long line of guests. The associates trying to sell the timeshare presentation were overly pushy and rude when told not interested. Our gentleman threw his paper on the desk when we said we were not interested. While I understand that preferences cannot always be accommodated, our only preference was to not be by an elevator. We were placed on first floor of building immediately next to elevator. Very loud by window with kids sleeping. If we needed to be by an elevator, atleast assign a higher level room so less guest traffic. I texted through the messaging system requesting a room change as we were staying for 4 nights, was told this was not possible. Drove to the front desk and was able to switch rooms (thanks Joshua!). Unfortunately when we arrived to new room, the refrigerator was not working and did not cool any of the perishable items we purchased at the grocery store. When I messaged guest services at 7am the next morning, we were told that someone would come shortly to assess. No one came by 10am so I messaged again, was told that no one was assigned and It would be “sometime” during the day. Very frustrating to lose most of 1 day waiting. Luckily we had a cooler but had to make trips to the gas station to purchase ice as there was not any available on property. Room was run down and in need of a refresh however property grounds were nice. Food station team members were nice. Have to pay for any additional add ons ( $9 per tube per day per person, etc).

Everything was so perfect and a great way for my friend of 50+ years to chat and relax.

Great place

Great place to spend with family. Plenty of activities to do with children. Pool are very clean. Pizza is amazing and so is the staff everywhere throughout hotel.

Pricey resort stay

A pricey resort stay with sub par check-in and front desk customer service. The customer service representative should really take note on how the servers at breezy treat their customers because they were phenomenal and had the best service. For the price we paid to stay here I could’ve gotten an all-inclusive Caribbean trip, so it’s not really worth the price

Clean, spacious and comfortable room!

We stayed in East Village area, River Island Building 26200(i think) arm 2625(Right by the elevator) We were blown away by the layout and most of all the cleanliness of the room. We felt comfortable and at home. Everything was spotless. We rested well after all the long days on the lazy river. Kitchen items were useful and cleaned well. The washer and dryer helped up limit any dirty closes and the provided Tide detergents helped.
