The rooms are nice but…

Room was nice. The amenity side could use a little bit of help. We were given a sheet when we checked in that listed all the amenities one being free games… Pool tables, foosball, air, hockey, etc. They were free when we got there, but later that night we came down to play, and apparently all the games are now pay to play. I don’t see how you can consider that an amenity if I have to pay extra to play each of the games and the attendant in that area was pretty much useless. The mini golf was a cool concept, but unfortunately, it has been not maintained, all the water features are dry and it’s kind of depressing. The pool was nice, although it would be great to have some type of concession. There are concessions in the lobby, but those are again a third-party which you cannot put on your room or anything. So all of the games are controlled by a third-party pay vendor as well as a concessions upfront, which is annoying. Overall, the area was pretty sparse and a bit strange. It seems like this was a converted apartment complex or something so I didn’t get a good positive vacation vibe from it at all. When I checked in the desk, staff was pretty good, but when I went to ask about the amenities, not being what they were advertised the evening attendant would not give me the time of day and acted very put out by my questions. She quickly referred me back to the attendant in the amenities area. And went out of her way to notate she was busy on the phone with her manager… Which I do not care! The last thing is, it’s annoying that I’m charged resort fee here Because this gives zero feel of a resort!

Great get away

The Guest Services Team (Sasha, Nicole and Trish) were exceptional. The villa was clean and very spacious. The pool and the common grounds were clean. There was no noise, and it was a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. I will most definitely stay her again. It is convenient to everything. Again, I have no complaints. Book your stay and enjoy yourself with your family...like I did. Thank you, Holiday Inn Vacation Club, at Orange Breeze. You never disappoint me. See you soon.

Awesome place

Best place I have ever stayed...price is right... everyone is friendly and check in was easy...nice rooms... great showers...had a great relaxing time....I really hope to stay here again holiday inn Orlando breeze vacation club rocks.....

Dirty and rundown

Very dirty and grimy this visit. Bathtub doesn't drain and had hair in it. My son's socks were brand new white socks. As soon as we came in the door and he took his shoes off, he noticed his socks were black on the bottom from walking around the room. When he had the water back up on him and hair all over in his bathroom and bedroom, he was disgusted. For a place to gross out a teenage boy, the cleanliness level is not up to par. We love Holiday Inns but it seems this place wipes out the sinks and changes the sheets only. Can't really recommend this place to others any longer which is a shame because the grounds amenities are so nice for our team to stay here a few times a year for tournaments.

Disney Vacation

This was our first time staying at a holiday day inn vacation club and we absolutely loved it. There was so much to do after a long day at the parks. We loved the villa floor plan where all our family could be comfortably together. This property was located about 12 miles away from Disney and traffic was minimal to and from the resort all week long.

Shower didn’t work and sofa bed was gross

Shower didn’t work and maintenance was unable to fix it I was left with no shower or a remedy he was also rude to me. Sofa bed was gross mattress and linens my son had no bed had to sleep on outside of couch

Family friendly

A great place for a family to stay due to the sleeping space available. It is quiet and not chaotic like a hotel. I would stay again and interested in seeing other club vacation spots. I think that the place could benefit from new carpet and flooring ans some better snack choices, but other than that, I was happy with my stay.

Great property! Relaxing and good amenities

Great propert and pool area. Staff was incredible (Starr and Anastasia ... thank you!). Mini golf, movie theater, sports equipment etc all included at no extra cost. Could benefit from food service of some kind but other than that, perfect.
