very comfortabe, just needed a washer and dryer to fulfill my stay

i think it was a great experience, very friendly and clean, staff was professional, very clean and a great place to relax and very quiet. I would recommend to my friends and family.

Stop the time share hard sell!

My overall stay was adequate - nice big room with full kitchen and living room. But my stay was negatively impacted by the aggressive time share sales staff at check in. I had to say "no thank you" "not interested" "please stop" multiple times, until I finally had to get rude and just walk away. Terrible. I will avoid the Club Vacations brand in future.

Nice and fun hotel to stay at

I had a little issue with room service not receiving more items for my room but we made due. Overall the staff was really nice and helpful. Clean pool area and game room. Fun outdoor activities. Something to do for everyone.

Amazing bathrooms. Beds were extremely comfortable

Will stay here again next time I’m in the area. Absolutely loved it. Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved how laundry detergent was provided as well. Only got to stay for one night but will be staying longer next time!

Quiet, we’ll appointed room close to our business location

I was upgraded to a beautiful 2 bedroom suite. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed with bar soaps, dishwasher soap and coffee materials. A quiet comfortable bed and space. I didn't spend time in the pool on this trip, but enjoyed it on a previous trip. I come back to this location when near Orlando.

Best value for a resort stay

If you are looking for a more affordable alternative to the Orlando area theme parks, this place is for you. Beautiful and super clean rooms that can accommodate a family with a full kitchen, laundry, and onsite swimming pools and restaurants…this place is the answer

Excellent staff

The staff was great during the entire stay. The pool was very For the kids and I loved the mini golf. I must have played 25 rounds. They had an Easter egg hunt for the kids on Easter which was awesome.

Cozy stay and Amazing Hospitality

My stay at this location was amazing. The rooms are huge and the kitchen area has everything you need to setup a nice meal. Their are 2 pools on sight which were great for privacy or if you have a larger party. I met Gary who’s the general manager who tirelessly works greeting guests an assisting anywhere as needed. I was greeted by jasmine, Thalia and Vanessa who showed great knowledge and hospitality providing beyond words can imagine in great customer service! Every question no matter from food availability around the town to theme parks they were able to make our families stay amazing and I really appreciate them for making my families trip feel special!

Off the beaten path.

This place is always great to stay at. It is away from quite a bit of traffic. Friendly staff.
