Needs renovation. Don’t recommend.

This “resort” seems pretty neglected. The staff on site were mostly sweet but it seems they don’t have enough staff to address the issues. Not enough to do and just poor quality. Disappointed but we made the best of it.

Excellent experience

Overall stay was excellent. My wife and I's youngest daughter and our godson's really enjoyed the resort. The only thing they weren't able to experience was the indoor pool. Really loved the activity center and miniature golf. The 2 bedroom villa was spacious enough for the 4 of us. Housekeeping could do a better job of cleaning the dead bugs off the ceilings and walls. The washing machine didn't work correctly. Other than that, our experience at the resort was excellent. This was my 2nd time staying in 2024(Mar/Dec). May be back in 2025.

The next generation had an opportunity to enjoy the amenities, fish, play volleyball and relax all together as we celebrate 5 generations! Ages: 96-75-55-25-5....Thank you with a location for a Early Christmas Gathering in one space!

Great amenities

Resort was fabulous. Location was great as well as the staff.

Lake Conroe

Easy access off the interstate Comfortable beds Awesome views looking out over Lake Conroe. So much room.............. Full kitchen Extra large living room It was great that our section had an elevator so we didn't have to carry our things up stairs

Love this place

Amazing experience! Smooth check in. Love all of the amenities like fishing, putt putt golf, pools, open spaces to gather and picnic. I would like to have a heated hot tub and later checkout. We will definitely return!

Uncomfortable bed but quiet and relaxing atmosphere

Beautiful location. Rooms need some updating but nice. Beds were terrible and don't know if we have ever slept in any more uncomfortable. Was charged $270 I'm guessing for my service dog, even though I was told it would be $135, never received an explanation for the additional charge.

Beware of being put in the units that are far away from the office.

The units away from the office are not updated and in some cases have series deferred maintenace issues like railings being wobbly so that using the stairs to the entrance of a unit is unsafe. Restaurant is closed so no food on the property if you need that.

Quiet stay

While we were disappointed to not be compensated when our request for a king sized room with no stairs was not acknowledged, we enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were comfortable and it was a quiet, enjoyable stay.

Short stay but perfect.

I wish we were able to stay longer because the space was extremely comfortable and very private. The staff was extremely helpful and the beds were cozy.
