Check-In Time: Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, feel free to dive into the joy of our resort amenities while we get your villa ready - there’s plenty to explore and enjoy.
Medication: For your convenience, we’re happy to store critical items like medication in our refrigerators while you wait for your villa to be ready.
Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher, put towels in a pile in the bathroom, and take out the trash before leaving your villa.
We are a cashless resort. The resort accepts credit, debit and room charges as onsite payment methods.
Once you’re ready to leave, place your keys in one of the key drop-off locations – in front of each building, at the front of the Clubhouse and at the security gate.
Connect to the HolidayInnClub network. No password is needed. Once connected, go to holidayinnclub.com and accept the Terms and Agreements to launch your connection.

The gate code constantly changes for security purposes. Check with the Front Desk for the latest code.
Packages with your name and our resort address will be delivered to the Front Desk for pick up. Come by before 11 p.m. to pick up your packages.
Ice machines are available in Buildings A through H and open 24 hours. The only building that doesn’t have an ice machine is J, our Signature Collection building.
