Ridge View with beautiful view
We love the Ridge View, perfect 2 story loft condo with amazing view overlooking Lake Tahoe, rooftop top jacuzzi deck and bbq , fully stocked kitchen and condo,perfect getaway!!!

A very relaxing resort
I have been coming to the Ridge Tahoe for 30 years it’s always been a great place for families there are so many activities to keep children entertained the pools are wonderful and the rooms have a great Tahoe cabin feel to them and are so spacious!

Lots of Room and Great Location
Love Ridge Pointe and all the new upgrades. Cleaning staff are outstanding and available for any additional supplies you might need. Lots of room to spread out in the two bedroom unit and the kitchen was well supplied with all you needed to cook like you were home but there were also plenty of outstanding places to eat on site and nearby if you didn't want to cook. Very happy we stayed here!

Wonderful view
Beautiful view, rooms could use a little touch up. Staff is friendly, and kids have plenty to do. Pools are nice and the stars are amazing.

Holiday Inn Vacation Club Tahoe Ridge Resort is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views and hiking trails.They have a great Bistro upstairs in the club house that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Breakfast was best part
Came in night of July 4th- roads were not well lighted upto the front entrance. We had purchased breakfast option but check in person did not believe us - took extra time to sort that out. Rooms were spacious but seemed old and dusty. No AC and July 4th was hot- tried to open windows but were stuck but eventually got it opened. Futon had broken support but my kid was able to fortunately sleep on it. Food was best part- owner of the grille took time to take our order and made it perfect for the 10 of us

Appreciate the upgrade
We appreciated getting a room upgrade which I believe was because we had so much trouble checking in. There was no record of our reservation in the hotel's system. We were required to show our confirmation in the IHG app & in my email.

Sleeping was not good due to the room being to hot
Summers are hot and probably get hotter as time goes by. Not having AC in rooms makes it impossible to have a good stay. The room was very nice except for AC. The dining was very good, and the staff at the restaurant was exceptionally good. They made for a very good dining experience. The staff overall was great considering what they had to work with. I may not ever return to this IHG resort, but I will continue using IHG Hotels in the future. My view of one does not change my opinion of the others. Thank you for your time

Vacation with family
Everything about this trip was amazing. The views all around us up there were incredible. The room we got had everything we needed and some to stay as long as we wanted we had a sauna, jacuzzi tub full kitchen and a balcony what else would you want
