Worst stay ever

Horrible experience. Rooms to hot to sleep and beds were very uncomfortable

Stay away in summer - No AC

The apt was a great size and rooms/ bed were comfortable but with outside temperature in 95+, it made these apt like a hot air bubble. You cannot get a goodnight sleep even with multiple fans. Wife had a heat exhaustion and son had a bleeding nose.

Only had problems with a newly remodeled room.

We were told it was newly remodeled yet I think they only changed the furniture. Unfortunately, there were many issues with the room. No available heat for our entire stay, fireplaces were not operational and the baseboard heating didn't work. I made it bed that looks like it had been slept after pulling back the comforter, closet doors that were off their track... Just don't think the room was ready. Other than that, the restaurant has very good food, the views are amazing, the staff was very helpful and considerate.

Do not book Ridge Point

The building is so far from any amenities. Shuttle is a nice perk if it actually shows up when they say it will. No AC and boiling hot room. Floor was absolutely filthy, our feet were black within 10 mins upon arrival. Window was jammed, took them 4+ hours to come fix it. No ice machine in the building so you have to call and have it delivered. Took us over an hour to receive it. If you fold out the sofa bed you cant get from one side of the room to the other without climbing over a bed. Definitely do not recommend for the price.

Great Service

I would like to say that Samantha, Is always friendly and helpful . Sergio, checked us in with a friendly smile and very efficient. Elmer, went above and beyond to make sure we got a swamp cooler delivered to our room. Staff is so important sure hope to always see these people when visiting The Ridge.

Horrible customer service.

No power all day. No compensation from the staff or updates. Worse hotel experience ever

Superb stay

We stumbled upon this hotel by accident. It was the best accident ever. This place was absolutely amazing! From the phone call booking to the greeting when we arrived it was great. Then we saw the grounds and room and it was absolutely spectacular!!!

Ok experience

Extremely hot. The rooms have no AC and the swamp cooler only blew around the air. We were told we had breakfast included, but instead we were given a $30 credit to a little store.

Great place but no AC

This is a great place if the weather is not warm. There is no AC (and who thinks to check that when booking in Tahoe?) I have never had a place that did not have ac, and made the mistake of staying here during very warm weather.

A great time.

The staff is excellent and professional, the rooms are clean, the food options are just right, however the on site store is a bit pricy. Heated pools are excellent, and the view from any rooftop is simply amazing.
