Great place to stay!

Front Desk staff at check-in were very outgoing and welcoming! Our guest room was great, especially the kichen with the large island. The king bed was very comfortable. Loved the amenities that included bowling. The staff at the café were awsome! We will definitely come back!

The Surface Was Clean

The room was not cleaned. I found random hairs in the bathroom which could have been over looked but the appliances were disgustingly dirty and the dishes were not cleaned. Dried food was on them. My family and I checked out early because we were no longer comfortable because we’d washed out baby bottles in the dishwasher the day before and she had already used them.

Spacious with everything you need!

We loved that the villa felt like home with a large living area, fireplace, huge kitchen, bar to eat at and separate living room with porch and nature views! Having a dishwasher and washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus!!!! It felt like home, the only negative was the mattress was very uncomfortable. This is a factor that would affect our decision to return. Driving into the property feels like you are entering a private resort with awesome amenities and beautiful grounds. We went to Busch gardens during our stay and had a wonderful time. Thank you for a great vacation!

Stay-cation

Second time staying ! Definitely better than the first time!! Overall great stay will be back !

Very Disappointed...

The first night of the 2 night stay the unit had no heat. The maintenance man issued a "space heater" which was appreciated but did not heat that whole 2br unit. This place locks the thermostat and only unlocks them once someone checks in. The maintenance man forgot to unlock the thermostat. There was no wifi information given at check in and these rooms don't have "smart tv's".

First time here.

Wasn't sure what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised with the accommodation, amenities and nearby attractions. Will certainly return again.

Great hotel

The entire hotel felt very clean and luxurious, despite the low price I paid. Highly recommend.
