Up Up and Away!
Now’s your chance to cross off one of your bucket list items by cruising the friendly skies in a hot air balloon. On your first night you’ll be welcomed with a gourmet dinner and your choice of cocktails at our open bar as Pioneer Pepper & the Sunset Pioneers entertain you.
The following day you’ll start your adventure by climbing aboard and floating along the Sonoran Desert. Take in as much of the stunning Scottsdale scenery as you can while you gently glide along in a hot air balloon. One your sunset flight is done for the day; you’ll be treated to a celebratory champagne toast and exclusive private dinner.
Transportation will be provided to and from Scottsdale Resort and our experience. Please note some walking will be involved with this event (3 on a scale of 1-10*), which may include stairs.**

Sunday Jan. 14, 2024 – Check-In & Welcome Party
- Check-In starts at 4 p.m., but please stop by the lobby between 3 p.m.-5 p.m. to meet your event host and pick up your final itinerary.
- 7 p.m.–9 p.m. Members will mingle with other guests while enjoying a delicious meal and open bar before their Experience Day.
Monday, Jan. 15, 2024 - Hot Air Ballooning Experience Day
- 1:45 PM Guests Arrive in Main Lobby
- 2:00 PM Depart Resort for Hot Air Ballooning
- 3:00 PM Check-in for Hot Air Balloon Flight over Sonoran Desert Hot Air Balloon Lands.
- 7:00 PM Private Dinner with Open Bar at Isabella’s Kitchen
- 9:00 PM Depart Isabella’s Kitchen for Scottsdale Resort
Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2024 - Free Day to Explore
- Members are free to explore on their own. Should the hot air balloon be impacted by weather, this day will act as a back-up.
Wednesday, Jan. 17 or Thursday, Jan. 18, 2024 – [Optional] One-hour personalized owner update at pre-selected date and time. Members will receive a catered boxed meal prior to their owner update.

Participants in the VIP Experience have the option of signing a photo/video release form.
