This room needs some updates

The room needs updates. Furniture not sufficient for number of people. Wifi not reliable when out of the room and roaming the area. This is a big issue for anyone staying there. Strengthen your Wifi and improve lunch menu.

Horrible Experience

Would not recommend this establishment. Too many issues to be just a bad day at the hotel. Didn't run across any friendly employees, or even one that smiled. Beware of slippery concrete around entire kiddie pool. Lumpy room furniture with extremely loud AC units in room. This review form will not let me change the "Excellent" default. This review is in no way "Excellent"!

GREAT Resort!!

This is a GREAT resort!! We absolutely love it! The pool area is excellent and it has beach access as well. The boardwalk to the beach is a great stroll, naturally shaded with fun nature facts along the way. The pool area has a lazy river, slide, and a large pool, as well as 3 hot tubs. Our family truly LOVES this resort!

This is a time share

Please be prepared, if you stay here, you will not be able to get the keys to your room until you go over”vacation station” where they will make you all kind of offers. My first question was what do you want me to do to get these points or money and all I had to do was listen to a two hour timeshare spill. I said no, at least 3 times. I’m on vacation and will not be buying a time share. We had a room with a pull out couch. It probably would have been more comfortable to sleep in the shower. The staff at the front desk were not exactly rude but they are for sure not friendly. The building we were in, was the main building which is not oceanfront. Just know that if you stay in that building, you are almost a mile from the beach. They do have a shuttle that will take you almost to the beach, which was very nice and the shuttle staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms and resort are clean but it is very dated. It was very loud as well very door slam rattles the entire building. This was our first time staying with a HI vacation club and will be our last. I realize it was probably on me but I didn’t realize it was a time share.

Great pool and kids areas, good breakfast, clean rooms.

Overall a great stay, clean rooms, pool and oudoor slides were great for the kids. Restaurants were good, recommend the omelets for breakfast. Drink selection was varied enough to keep it interesting.

Beautiful resort with amazing views

I highly recommend this resort for a family vacation.

It’s a time share scam. The beach and beach access stink

I made a big mistake booking this hotel. The pool had insufficient shade. The food cost a fortune - $100 for me and two small kids for dinner. The whole deal is setup to sell you a timeshare

Great pool

Great place to stay. Love the pool and lazy River. Good rates. Friendly staff. Will come back for longer next time

Nice pool

Pool was super nice , Room smelt like mold was really bad and the mini frig was not keeping our food and drinks cold and also our door have to be pulled tight to close was definitely scary because when we left the room first time we came back to it cracked not closed completely, and realized we had to pull it closed

Excellent place with a few noteworthy exceptions

The location and resort is one of the best we have stayed at. The employees make it difficult to enjoy, however. From not being honest with you, and sometimes being outright disrespectful, to not just letting you get on with your vacation when you are not interested in hearing their sales pitch. The Wi-Fi is absolutely abysmal! I had better Wi-Fi experiences in hotels in 2003. Their system is antiquated and in bad need of updating.
