The Signature Building Spa will be closed for resurfacing starting Monday, September 29 at 8am, with an estimated reopening between October 11 and 13. In Building 2, Elevator B will be out of service during the day only starting Monday, September 29 at 9am, and will return to service each evening. Repairs are expected to last one to two weeks, with work done on one elevator at a time.

Clean room, close to beach.

Extra amenities, walkable to beach. Hot tub could have been cleaner. Spacious cool room. Time share not pushy. Restaraunt just okay Drinks are expensive for small serving. Recommend stocking your room with drinks.

Excellent pool area

A+++++++ location was good and the amenities were great staffing was excellent, could use more blankets during the cold nights and the shower head needs replacement and the shower stall could be a bit bigger so I’m not hitting my elbows on the wall while washing my hair.

Great mini-vaca

Great place. Family oriented. Very clean. Staff was courteous, helpful and professional. Had an issue between the reservation call center and the hotel. The manager on duty took care of it all and apologized for the error. Love this place

Great amenities! Family fun!

Had a great stay! Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent staff, very helpful. Tons of amenities for all ages. Parking deck was clean, close and well lit. Beach access and close to all the cruise line ports!

Great location and comfortable stay

This is the first time I stayed at an IHG Club facility and am very glad we did. Great location before or after a cruise. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff are courteous and professional. Within walking distance to Jetty Park Beach or use the hotel's shuttle. Really enjoyed our stay.

So much to do on the property

There is no need to leave the property. From the beach, the pools, hot tub, basketball, movies. And so much more. My kids were entertained the whole time and my wife and I were able to just relax

Not the best stay at all

Old musty rooms, inattentive check in, weak rewards stay (we got two tiny bottles of water for being Gold, why bother) loud guest rooms at our location on property Nice location and amenities but a tired hotel in need of renovations. Pretty lazy guest services at check in.
