Now we get the timeshare sales pitch BEFORE the room key. Sad.
The Holiday Inn Club Vacations (HICV) sales pitch prior to receiving the room key is inappropriate. Stop treating guests like cash machines and focus on welcoming them after a long day of traveling. Oh and clean the carpets and service the elevators.

Absolutely amazing
This place was extremely comfortable. All the staff was very helpful and friendly and there were something to do for the entire family. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were incredibly clean.

Great Views!
The resort is conveniently located within walking distance to the cruise ship port. The facility offers great views to the ships, a beautiful beach and an impressive view of the Atlantic Ocean. I will be visiting the location in the future!

Great Atmosphere and cleanliness!
I enjoyed the hotel and all that it had to offer! I would love to make it a yearly visit and stay with this hotel. The room was excellent and plenty of room for my family and I. With all the amenities with the resort there’s plenty to keep occupied while there!

Great place to relax!
This place is clean, fun, relaxing, and close to the beach. We spent 5 days at the Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee/Orlando area before traveling to Cape Canaveral and were much more impressed with the Cape Canaveral location...cleaner, more relaxing and affordable, everything we were hoping for. We plan to come back to this location for a longer stay in the next year or so.

Perfect!! Beautiful and safe! The property was clean and the staff was beyond professional and helpful. The service from the cleaning staff was amazing and the resort was so clean and beautiful. Wish we could have stay longer. Only downfall we could have saved $120 knowing the ship was across the street. Which wasn't the hotels fault as we should have spoke to the hotel itself and not the 1-800 number. From the first step in the hotel to the last step the staff was AMAZING!

Great water activities
Was not a fan of the initial timeshare pitch as part of the checking process. We stayed in building three, and the four bedroom condo. Access to its own pools. Pools great. Distance to the main part of the building was not bad and there is a shuttle if needed, but it was only maybe 100 yd walk. Beach access was also pretty good.
