Close to cruise port

We were greeted by friendly staff upon arrival. We had a beachfront villa that was steps away from the beach. We ate breakfast and dinner at the resort and the food was good and the portions were great for the price. The kids enjoyed the pool, water slide, and lazy river. Definitely recommend and will be using this resort in the future!

Great fam getaway

Great spot before cruise! We enjoyed this spot. Close to beach & pools were super fun. Family friendly, nice spot to see cruise ships and launches.

Good stop before a cruise

Enjoyed my stay, it was a great location. Too many kids though.

Great beachfront location. Tons of amenities. Great staff

Stayed in beachfront king suite with 2 bedrooms. Spacious for 4 people. Clean and staff was excellent. Very nice beach. Pools were great and tons of activities for children. Well kept and maintained resort. Near bye Cocoa Beach was great. Look to book in the future.

Great location but dated

Location is great but the facilities are dated and they do not always provide breakfast even though they say that is part of the package so plan ahead.

Fun in the Cape

Our family checked in to the resort prior to our cruise out of Cape Canaveral. We had a beautiful room that fit all of us with a full kitchen to prepare food for the children. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the beach, pool, slide, and resort amenities. It was a fun way to reconnect before we left for the cruise.

Front desk service

The staff at the front desk we’re not very approachable or willing to help in a constructive manner unfortunately had to escalate to the customer relations department for resolution

Enjoyable but could use upgrades

Loved the activities available for children. Unfortunately the main pool and many of the lazy river water features were closed during our stay. Like the golf cart ride and path to the beach. The room had a stale smoke smell to it.

Construction Zone

We have stayed here in the past and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, this year there was a lot of renovations going on that we were not notified of prior to our stay. The main pool was closed. It was being jack hammered and chipped causing a lot of noise making it difficult to enjoy the lazy river and other water activities outside. The bathrooms outside where closed. The escalator inside was not working and the elevator at our end of the building was out of commission. We were there for only four nights, had booked two rooms; one being for our daughter, her husband and two small grandsons. It was a great expense for a vacation we could not enjoy.
