Room and bed the best.

The bed was so comfortable until I didn't want to get out of, one of the best sleeps I've ever had, almost as comfortable as home. The bathroom and tub fit for A KING.

Great customer service and little touches that made this a great stay

We booked a 2 bed villa and a king suite. We managed to get them next to each other which was very nice. We stayed prior to our cruise vacation. The rooms were clean, well maintained and offered extras like toiletries, dish soap, coffee and towels. We absolutely loved seeing a rocket launch from our balcony and the ships coming into port. The pools were fantastic and clean. We enjoyed the music playing by the pool. We used the tram to take us to the beach. Super helpful with kids and grandparents as we stayed in the main building and the beach is a good walk in the heat. Beach area was clean and pretty empty. We were able to really enjoy ourselves. We are already making plans to return. This location is amazing and the staff were great.

Retirement Pre-Cruise vacation

Pre stay before retirement cruise. Excellent hotel/resort to stay before cruising Parking is a real issue though

Excellent for cruise

This is an excellent resort for getting ready to cruise. Very convenient to the terminal. Restaurant po boy was delicious. Loving the walk to the beach and seeing other ships leave out.

Nice Pool

Resort has a nice pool area but beware your room will not be ready by 4pm and when it is everything will not be as promised. Was unable to get to our room until after 5:30pm. Once in the room there was no laundry detergent as promised. There is no bellman service and your belongings must be placed in a closet while you wait. No one can assist with this. You have to wait at guest services in a long line to obtain access to the closet.

Chill spot

This resort has a fun little water park. It was a perfect beginner lazy river! The employees in the restaurant very very nice and the food was pretty good! We did have to wait an extra hour for the water slide to open, but once it did my nephew loved it!

Very nice hotel!

This was a great hotel and I say this after staying at 5 other hotels on a road trip in Florida. This was the best! Clean, lots for the kids, good food!

Great Experience

We had a wonderful time. We were there with my grandchildren an they enjoyed the pool, slide, movie theater, miniature golf, and beach.

Leisure or not

Honestly I'm not sure. I loved this place in the past. I'll do some thinking. I'm a positive person who knows I may be back. The Beach draws me in....

Great Family Stay

We stayed here the day before a Carnival cruise and it was a perfect stay. We arrived around lunch time and our room was ready. Got checked in and spent the day playing in the lazy river, water slide and pool area. Got a few rounds of mini golf in. Ubered over to Grills for dinner and to watch the ships leave. Then back in time for a walk on the. beach at sunset. Best part was walking across the street to the Mardi Gras the next day. So close no need to uber. Easy walk including luggage. The facility is great and very kid friendly. Will absolutely stay here again.
