Great location

This hotel is very close to the cruise port and convenient. However, the hotel does not provide parking for guests going on cruises. Food preparation is quick and efficient.

The beds are great.

This resort is a great place to relax. Friendly staff and very clean. We always enjoy our stay here. The shuttle to and from the beach make for a great beach day. The food in the restaurant is very good.

Love this place

2nd time staying. Love the rooms and pools. Recommend to anyone. Glad gameroom is back open.

Don’t bother

Too difficult to make, change reservation and check in. Little follow up on requested needs.

Home with added luxury

I waddled into the hotel totally exhausted expecting to be greeted with the usual, but the young man said, "welcome! How are you today? Do you have a reservation with us" He then assisted me in making one.

Awesome place for adults and kids!

We stopped here for 1 night traveling for our honeymoon. We enjoyed this facility more then the cruise ship!

Staycation

Last minute getaway with the kids and had a blast. All staff was friendly and patient with kids excitement and energy. Definitely will be coming back!

Bad experience - IHG and Hotel finger pointing

If you encounter a problem at an IHG hotel, good luck and expect a mountain of frustration. A mistake was made with my reservation and IHG and Hotel kept saying “it is their responsibility”. In the meantime unresolved issue while they both spend time trying to blame each other and totally ignoring their customer. To add insult to injury - I called Guest Relations at IHG SIX times. Once the agent hung up on me. Twice I was ghosted only the phone (I was talking and realized nobody was at the other end of the phone). Twice I was put on hold and agent never returned. Once I was told they would call me back and they never did. So good luck trying to resolve anything with the worst customer support on the planet.

Great Resort for Families with young kids

The facilities at this resort are great if you have young kids (10 and below). It provides a great place for the little ones to play while the parents get to relax. The access to the beach is great, but the beach has quite a bit of seaweed. The staff pushing the vacation club buy in is annoying, but if you can handle that it is a great place for a family and close to the different theme parks and NASA (especially if there is a launch while you are there).

Wish we would have stayed longer

we used this resort before getting on a cruise. It was directly across the street from the terminal. In hindsight I would have stayed at this resort especially with the children. The pools were perfect, they enjoyed riding the escalator, the breakfast in the morning was very good. We could not have one bad meal. The drinks were pretty good at the bar too.
