Great stay

Loved the hotel, I will stay here again great services and people

Better than most in the area

While away from the beach scene, it is located near the space center and the good restaurants

Not worth the money

Our family has never been to Florida before and were very excited to come for a cruise! Two days before our trip we were bumped from our original flights and put on a redeye. I immediately called the hotel to explain that we were going to be arriving earlier than expected and wanted to book another night so we could check in right away. We were told that we didn't need to do that and we would be put at a 10am check in time. Perfect!! Thanks for the accommodation! ...or not... When we arrived to Florida our flight was earlier than we expected which meant we got to the hotel at 7:30am. No biggie! We will get breakfast, check our luggage, and hang out until our room was ready. Upon arrival I went to the front desk to check in and was told that reservations lied and they wouldn't even allow for a request for early check in until 11am. Ok....I am confused at this point but ok. So we got breakfast (staff was great) and waited in the lobby until 11. I was then allowed to check in but told that it was just a request and they would call me if they could get us a room. I have 3 kids, they flew overnight, and were battling a 3 hour time difference. We were all exhausted. I asked if we could "book" a room for the night before so we could get a room and they told us it was against policy. The lady helping us was unsymphetic and made us feel like we were taking her time. She just said she would call us if a room was available. We slept in the lobby. We finally found a movie going on in the theatre and watched that. After 2pm my mom was more than annoyed and went to talk to her again. We finally got a room just before 3pm. The kids were losing their minds and everyone wanted to just sleep. All the lady at the front desk did was tell me it was my problem because I didn't book a second night. This whole thing could have been avoided if a) reservations just booked us a room instead of telling us they could accommodate b) reservations and reception get on the same page or c) friendly and helpful front desk agents. It was a good thing we were not on the market for s timeshare because they would have lost major business. The hotel would have been nice without out morning fiasco. That was enough to keep us from going back ever again. Being in a lobby and sleeping there for nearly 6 hours was unacceptable.

The resort is great but the washer dryer combo does not dry any clothes. The restaurant is trying but needs slot of work food was good but service was not need more help there everyone was looking for our waiters and no one was around very frustrating

Great view and atmosphere

Had a great week there. Comfortable beds. Great view from the balcony.

Dated facility, tired rooms

This property wouldn't get a second look except for it's proximity to the port. Too much money for the product, in my opinion.

Very nice resort, excellent value !

We were looking for an inexpensive hotel option for a family of 7 and this place was perfect. The room was a two bedroom suite that was a little dated but very clean. The service, for the price, is fabulous! Well worth the money and very close to the cruise ship terminals.

Large room , a lot to do

Great location, close to port and cocoa beach. Large rooms with a lot to do

Expensive but good

There are a lot of great feature at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. The food for breakfast lunch and dinner was all very good. The waitstaff and bar-staff were friendly and attentive. The pool area is great also however the fact that the lazy river and water slides close at 5:00 pm is not very family friendly especially because most families do other things during the day. Other than the beach, there is not much else in the area (except Kennedy Space Center 25 minutes away) so you have to travel which means getting back later in the day. Closing those so early barely allowed the kids to enjoy it. As resorts go, this one is more expensive so getting charged for a feature we had limited access to was upsetting.The other thing I did not appreciate was being contacted three different times to buy a time share with them. No means no.
