No Housekeeping
This place is a front for a timeshare promotion rather than the traditional hotel experience. At $600 a night you're not getting what you expect to get. The rooms are very nice but no one comes to clean it and no one is forthcoming about it at either. You'll simply find out after you use up all the towels and come back to the mess you left the day before.

Perfect stay
Hard to fault this place. The check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The location to the strip was a short 10 minute stroll away. The size of the room, for my family of 5, was perfect. The pools were heated, the gym was adequate if needed. The restaurant served a variety of foods which were well proportioned and decent quality. The market had plenty of options and was reasonably priced.

Poor staff response
Had shower valve issues in second bath with temperature control. Last day of the stay building water was shut off completely. Could not get showered for events that evening. Staff was not very concerned or responsive at all, and management tried to blow it off as a minor issue. Water was off for several hours and staff took quite a long time to even deliver bottled water to our room

Old Feeling, Weird Bathtub
For sleeping, mission accomplished. Everything else was pretty below average. I personally won’t choose to stay here again. The on-site restaurant is small and has few seats but the breakfast is great (not free). The bathtub has a weird hump so standing is very awkward and slip prone. Everything about this suite seems aged and old. Needs a modern redesign for sure. Couldn’t cast to the televisions, no built in streaming apps. Having to walk outside from the main lobby to your suite also was pretty disappointing, again, feels aged. No elevators. Very basic experience.

Excellent resort, a fun spot
We have relaxed at this resort many times over the years, very comfortable and convenient location. Plenty of amenities. We will always choose the holiday inn vacation club for our stays.

Bad Stay
Arrived and they could not find my information. Been with HI since 1987. No hot water in the room. They were renovating the rooms above us. Loud banging all day. Staff never called back or sent anyone to fix the hot water. Complained daily.

Best value just off the strip
It is a great hotel that is very secure just down the road from the strip. It is right next to the sphere so you can sit outside and watch it. The rooms are the same size as apartments with all the same stuff as home in them.

Better clear Transparency at front desk
The location is perfect for a time on the strip, must get simple grocery needs and plan outside special local events in area to avoid congestion. Smoking on balcony with entry door closed is no different than grilling smoke on premises. FYI
Great stay away from the chao of the casinos.
I went there with my dad for the F-1 Race weekend, I enjoyed the facilities a lot and the price was fair. We even got the room upgraded one time a bigger one for free. Only thing I didn’t like is that we stayed four night and they never came to do room service. I might consider booking there again in the future.
