Great for family stay

Comfortable stay if you are willing to work your knee grease to walk out to the strip. It isn't far but after few hours walking the strip and coming back... I had tough time walking out to strip again at night. Recommend to use Uber to go South or North of strip and walk back later. Stay was great with view of Sphere from balcony, but initial check in process was bad. After you get your keys, they send you across the lobby to get your keys activated. During this time, they try to sell you TimeShare and other discount aggressively. When I said "No", they sales guy showed nasty angry face that doubted my reservation. He gave a nasty disgusting look. When getting your keys activated, just look away and ignore them.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Great location, good stay/value

Location is central to the strip, yet easy to get in and out of. Self park, with golf cart service to get you to your building if walking/luggage is an issue. Did not use the on-site restaurant or pools. Room was comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. Check in drives a conversation/sales pitch-key card and parking pass provided at sales counter-however thankfully sales pitch is not super heavy, about 5 min. All in all, if ever back in Las Vegas, I would chose this location over large hotels due to ease of getting in/out, central to area, and room comfort.

Yes, I recommend this property.

First Time

Check in was easy, on the hotel's part. My bank was a different matter. Once I got that straight it was easy. I was recognized for being a Diamond member. The room was nice, a 1 bedroom villa with a kitchen. I chose the breakfast option when I reserved the room. It's not the traditional breakfast, it's actually a $30 / day credit that can be used for the restaurant or on site convenience store. There is no housekeeping services. Each unit comes with a washer and dryer and hotel supplied laundry powder. If you want to swap towels, it's an $8 charge. As a suggestion, have housekeeping come through an vacuum the carpets and floors. The Gold Mine restaurant was excellent, with friendly staff, especially Ms. Neli. I had the ham and cheese omelet and sausage for breakfast and the A-1 bacon cheeseburger for lunch. Both were excellent. Checkout went smooth, with one hiccup. The clerk didn't check to see if I reserved the breakfast option, until I suggested that she check. Then it took 2 days for my account to clear after checkout. All in all, a good stay, with an excellent view of the Sphere (it's a block away)

Yes, I recommend this property.

Atención a Cliente

Yes, I recommend this property.

Great location and super friendly staff!

First time visit. This is in walking distance of the Sphere, yes walking! My balcony faced the Sphere which I was there for a concert ( which was nice of the person checking me in, who asked why we were in town) He then proceeded to switch our room around, make it a closer walk and give us a better view! Great on site restaurant and market place downstairs. 20 acres and 5 pools on site.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Great stay

The stay was just as we expected. The proximity to venues we visited was central. Will use this again!

Great location and resonable prices.

Great location for a Sphere concert, or to get to the LV strip. The resort appears to be well maintained, but there are some maintenance gaps, and obvious updates that are needed. The resort restaurant meals we had were hot and fresh, this was greatly appreciated.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Room was dirty

The floor was not mopped. My toddler’s feet were black after we let him run around barefoot. The tissue paper was like sand paper. We realized there was mold all over the inside of the dishwasher as we were loading it. When I asked for a late check out for our two rooms, I was rudely told by “Charles” that that was not possible and that they would never let us do it for both rooms even if it was. Will not be returning.

No, I do not recommend this property.

Beautiful property right next to Sphere

Saw The Eagles at Sphere…and this property is in its “backyard”…a hop, skip, and a jump away! Beautiful and well maintained property with so many amenities. Highly recommend booking your stay here. You will not be disappointed!
