So close to being great

We had a mix of good and bad experiences during our stay, but unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives. The room was spacious, everything was clean when we arrived, and the A/C kept the room nice and cold once it finally cooled down. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee, covered parking, and the resort amenities, including the pools, restaurants, and convenience store. The location was also a major plus, with easy access to attractions, dining, and everything we wanted to do in Las Vegas. The shower had excellent water pressure as well. Unfortunately, the room itself appeared to have been neglected from a maintenance standpoint. Several switches didn’t work, the electric blinds were inoperable, the towel rack was pulling away from the wall, and the ceiling fan was noisy. The fan light would only work when the fan was running. While the shower pressure was great, the bathtub faucet had very weak water pressure, and the caulking around the tub needs attention. There was also a large stain on the couch, and on our last morning we found a bug in the bed, which was an extremely disappointing way to end the trip. On top of that, check-in was a confusing three-step process that felt unnecessarily time-consuming. The property has a lot of potential because of its location and amenities, but the lack of room maintenance and the issues we experienced made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Based on this experience, I would likely choose a different hotel on my next visit to Las Vegas.

Great place for families!

Great place to stay! Rooms are spacious and clean! Love having private bedrooms and access to a kitchen and living room. Pools are nice too!

Not up to the usual standards

I've stayed here twice before with no issues. This time was different. Found water running across the floor in one of the bathrooms. Called maintenance and they took over an hour to fix it. Left the bathroom filthy (grease and dirt on everything) and said they would send housekeeping but they never did. We all had to get ready in the other bathroom. The place is super convenient to The Sphere but it's showing its age.

El hotel es bueno. Incluye parking.

Reservamos este hotel porque en Las Vegas no es común que un hotel tenga desayuno incluido y parking y este lo incluia cuando hice la reserva. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no habia desayuno incluido, sino que teniamos un crédito para gastar en el market y el restaurante del hotel. Eso estaba ok pero pensabamos tener el desayuno resuelto, no ir a comprar y cocinar. Nos hubiera gustado que eso estuviera aclarado al momento de hacer la reserva para no llevarnos la sorpresa al llegar. Después en cuanto a la ubicación esta bien, esta a 15 minutos caminando de las vegas blvd y a 10 minutos de la high roller. El hotel tiene varios buildings en el mismo espacio, nos tocó el 20 el mas lejano pero esta muy bien equipado. Usamos el sillón cama y esta cómodo. Los buildings no son muy altos tienen hasta 2 pisos pero no tienen ascensor. No fue una molestia pero es algo a tener en cuenta en caso de ir con alguien que no pueda subir

Awesome Stay

I was unable to stay at conference hotel Venetian because was unavailable. So glad I booked the Holiday Inn will always come back to resort. Full size condo of bedroom, bathroom kitchen with washer and dryer. the resort was secure and had security on premise. no parking fee within several casinos in walking distance. Awesome staff!

excellent stay

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort by IHG, just a short 0.1‑mile walk from the Las Vegas Strip, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The resort truly lives up to its strong reputation and high guest ratings.

Not worth the stay

Nothing is explained to you. No papers to tell you about the property. Room was not clean, we found dirt and a pill under a chair. There were fruit loops in the lamp above the table. Toilet ran even after they fixed it. The dishwasher didn't work, it took over 6 hrs to convince maintenance that it was broke. They just came and rewashed the dishes 2 twice. Finally they replaced it. It was unlevel and not attached to the counter. But it did clean the dishes.

Great location

Great location, great amenities, front desk was not friendly or welcoming in any way. Rooms were clean and well kept. Loved the lady at valet- extremely welcoming.

Bad service

I've been a HIG member for 2 years and always look forward to staying at Holliday inn's. I've stayed locally and out of state and had great experience and service. But this particular resort kinda disappointed me. We asked to see if they had water for sale or any complimentary water and they did not with the temperature outside at 100+ degrees. Their answer was " there is a 7-11 down the street. So I disregarded that and proceeded to see if they had ice machine because the fridge in my suit was damaged and they replied "well we can put a request in and get it taken care of in the morning as the maintenance crew is gone for the evening." But I still don't think this bad experience will make me stay away from their services.
