Nice place for a few days in Vegas

A bit crowded around the pools and shuttle service could be more flexible and no need to try and sell the timeshare aspect if rooms were booked without timeshare commitment. Nice gym. Nice laundry room off balcony. Front desk staff should tell you that pool towels are in closet and that there is a laundry room. Found those later. Close to strip. Safe. Quiet.

Too Short

My family and I were passing through Vegas on business/pleasure and chose this property. Check-in was good, had to ask for my upgrade which was given to me. Checked into the room and instantly regretted not spending more time in Vegas. Anyways, I joined the timeshares and should be able to stay at properties like this from now on. The coolest part was after checking in we noticed a stain on the shower curtain, we called and it was immediately replaced.

1st things 1st the staff is 99.9% friendly and helpful Funny and engaging . That positively adds do our trip I saw more security than ever . Place was clean all around

Excellent Location and service

I highly recommend this! It is a perfectly located and spacious.

Disappointed

The grounds we're very dirty, the room I booked was not what I got. Quiet times are not enforced. Fireplace was broken. Front desk never answers. Only think I liked was leaving

Go anywhere else

Was dirty and the customer service was garbage. I would have been better off spending more to stay on the strip or even getting somewhere further away and getting and Uber
