Had a great time

The only criticism I would have is that the final bill was a bit confusing. I have stayed at the property several times and it is my favorite place to stay in Las Vegas. Very quiet and peaceful. there is ample parking. The security is a plus. Very friendly staff. the kitchen saves a boat load of money for a several day stay. I would and have recommended this Hotel to my colleagues. Thank you,

Inspite of the cold rainy weather, my wife and I will always remember this very enjoyable two days.

Quickest response time EVER

I was very impressed with this hotel. During my stay, and at two separate times, the bathroom in my suite and the indoor jacuzzi at one of the pools had slight malfunctions. Within 5 minutes of reporting these problems, a staff member came and fixed them immediately. I have NEVER seen anyone respond so quickly to any problems.

Nice , comfy and feel at home experience. Complimentary bottle water would have been awesome.

Staff was unhelpful and misleading Large complex if don’t have vehicle request not to be in very back Shuttles are offered but very limited Not on strip good 10-15 minute walk

Great off strip property

Highly recommend this property for location and comfort. Stayed in Vegas many times and with costs rising it is refreshing to stay off strip. The resort has free parking and no resort fees. Great pool areas and the in-suite kitchens can save you lots of money. Nice to have coffee and breakfast in my room without breaking the bank. I always stop at a grocery store when I arrive to stock up.
