Amazing Hotel

The staff are very friendly and it is a great place to stay. Very comfortable for every member in my family even my 2 year old son who loves watching the water falls.

Excellent stay and staff

Wonderful stay. Staff great. Property wonderful, and shuttle even better. Recommendation for sure! Family friendly! And the magic show was awesome!!!

Koval Holiday Inn Desert Resort

Have stayed here numerous times in spring and fall. We really cant say anything bad about this place, staff, location and how it is maintained. We just had a visit and I do have one issue, The pool! Stayed May 14th for four nights and pool was not cleaned once, even after being brought up on day two to staff (twice) and asking for a manager, which I was told there was not one working. Wasn't even contacted by management and employees watched me as I cleaned the pool myself, after asking a staff member for a cleaning net. Didn't have a vacuum so the bottom was nasty. Guess what... the main pool was spotless.

The room feels like a home, not a hotel.

Since it is a condo and not a hotel room, you have to clean it before you leave or they will charge you. For long stays, you have to wash your own towels and take out your own garbage to the dumpster. The bed was comfortable, the tub was huge, the kitchen was nice, and the safety is taken very seriously. We would stay there again.

Great location and place to stay ,near the strip, can walk or shuttle both very convenient

We come 1or 2 times a year . Very happy with everything. Would like to see grip bars in the bathrooms .
