Great place to stay!

I loved having the comforts of home while on vacation. The beds were comfortable, had plenty of space for my family of 6. I loved everything about the stay. The staff within the resort were great, but the waitress in the on site restaurant wasn't the friendliest, was a bit short with the patrons. Everything about the resort was great but the canopy's above the parking spots in front of my building were not tall enough for my SUV with a cargo carrier on top. Would most definitely stay there next time I'm in Vegas with my family!

Great location - Great rooms

This was a great place to stay... Easy access to the strip. Affordable food at the cafe. The pools were not as heated as I expected but still great. The front pool was very cold but the one by our room was great. I loved being able to have food in my room and a patio...

Excellent Stay

Wonderful room! Beautiful and spacious! Our teenage son had his own room and bathroom. Had washer and dryer in room so we could do laundry each night. Did not have to pack as much and pay fees to airlines for extra luggage.

Great resort for families

One bedroom is pretty small and has one bathroom in the master.

Too brief a stay at the Desert Club Resort

Unfortunately was in Vegas on business, stayed just one night. Wish it could have been longer. Will definitely stay here in the future.

No onsite manager

The property is really well maintain and easy on the eyes. The rooms were very clean and roomy. My problem is with the staff- lack of an on site manager. We weren't checked in until 4:20 despite arriving at 1:20. His is unacceptable especially after a long road trip to get there.

Wonderful experience

Loved my stay here! Staff was helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed the stay. They upgraded the room for us without us asking. This gave us more room and we loved it. The room was newly renovated and perfectly clean. I would definitely recommend others to stay!

Elvis Slept Here...........Only Joking!

Fantastic stay. Apartment was great with well appointed kitchen, dining room, lounge with huge TV, balcony with utility cupboard containing laundry facilities, large bedroom with walk in wardrobe and another huge tv, lovely bathroom with over bath shower. Couldn't ask for anything more and a lot better than staying in a hotel on the strip. 10 minute walk to the strip. Didn't use shuttle bus however seemed very popular. Never had time to use the pools. Wish we stayed longer to do so.

Ability to make reservations using my Holiday Inn Club member points

I am an owner at the desert rose Club vacation in Las Vegas. I paid a lot of money for my timeshare and I pay taxes and maintenance for this property. I decided on a Sunday to travel and stay at the resort the following day however I could not book my room because there were no Orange Lake Club member agents available to assist me. The people at the Holiday Inn reservations are unable to book my member points. They suggested that I book regular room rates with my credit card to assure that there would be a place for me to stay when I arrived. They said that they were sure that the Orange Lake Club would allow me to transfer and use my points for that room. However the next day I found out that there is no communication even if there are rooms available at my Resort if the allotted number of rooms for club members has already been booked they will not allow you to use your member points. This is not what I was told how my ownership would work. There were rooms that were empty at my Resort for the days that I wanted to be there however I was not allowed to use my Holiday Inn Club member points to reserve them. That is wrong. I'm investigating selling my ownership.

Nice place with friendly staff poor bed quality

When I stayed all the people at the resort we're very nice if we had an issue they were right there to help us. The beds were very hard and not very comfortable this is something that should be improved.
