Spacious 2BR/2BA with full kitchen unit
We recently spent Memorial Day weekend and I booked this hotel unit for 5 guests. The location was right besides the sphere, a quick walk off the strip. Wonderful property, 24/7 security, large and clean unit friendly for families with kids, amenities much better than well known hotels in LV. Overall, a great experience.

Terrible customer service
The room and amenities were great, but the customer service was awful. I was told that I had to pay additional for fresh towels and linen or wash them myself. This wouldnāt have been that bad if I had been told upon check-in. My stay has been over for almost five days and I still havenāt received my receipt for my stay, even after calling a day ago. Customer service needs to be more of a focus for this property.

Spacious rom and nice pools!
This is a great place to stay - right off the strip with easy access, spacious rooms, and nice pools to relax in. This is the second time I've stayed here and I have recommended it to co-workers and friends.

Comfortable and Quiet
Loved the property. Close to the strip and easy walking distance to all things we had plans. The pools and hot tubs were more than sufficient during our stay. Plenty of room in our room for family of 4!

Loved room amenities
I travel a lot and have stayed at many Holiday Inn properties. This was one of my better stay experiences. I also stay at another hotel group and the competition is tight. I chose this property as the better option for this trip
