Great place to have fun
I booked 3 villas to accommodate my 12 friends coming from all over. They were high-school classmates and we were having this reunion after 48 years since graduation. There were suggestions to book an airbnb, but after all my research, I decided Holiday Inn Club Vacations Desert Club Resort was the ideal place to get together with my beloved classmates. And we were not disappointed. The location was central, close to the Strip, to the Sphere, and the airport was just minutes away. The front desk was courteous and helpful, upon my request allowed my guests to check- in before me (I was late!). The 2- bedroom villa had ample living space for all 13 of us to huddle and do our thing. We were singing and dancing to our hearts' content, which would have been taboo in most airbnbs tucked in residential areas. We had our well equipped kitchen where we cooked our favorite "sinigang" (sour stew), "ginataan bilobilo" (assorted rootcrops, glutinous rice balls, bananas and jackfruit cooked in sweet coconut milk) and breakfast -silog ( (sunnyside-up with garlic fried rice and assortment of fried meat/ fish). We saved a good deal dining in and we had more bonding time cooking and prepping. The villas were clean and just right for our group. I personally enjoyed sleeping in the clean, comfortable beds. There were no bed complaints from my guests, either. They were all happy and with praises for my "having discovered" this nice place to be. Just a little issue with the bathtub being slippery with seniors. But overall, we all had a wonderful time reuniting with old friends for almost 6 decades, for some, classmates since elementary to high-school, and even college. We love the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Desert Club Resort. Our place for wonderful memories.

Clean, quiet and polite staff.
I have stayed here a few times using points and always enjoy the facilities at this property. I only have 1 complaint (every time I stay here) - 2 words: Time Share. The 'pitch' starts shortly after arrival, when you walk over to the Concierge counter to get your room keys. Because I have been here before, I know it is coming, and I immediately interrupt their 'speech' before they waste their time and breath by telling them I am not interested. I informed the person behind the counter to make a note in my 'file' to let others know that I don't want phone calls, messages, knocks on the door, etc. regarding time share information. Although I instructed them not to bother me, I did get the 'speech' everytime I went to the Concierge counter... and immediately shut them down after their first sentence. I did receive a message on my room telephone (blinking light on the phone), but I ignored it, so I don't know if it was an attempt to contact me for yet another grift. It's a clean and beautiful property, great location, friendly staff and nice amenities... just be prepared for 'the speech' !

Good location and fair price.
This hotel is conveniently located behind the strip near the Linq and Flamingo. Each building is 3 stories and there are no elevators so pack light. Friendly staff and easy check in and check out process.

Excellent Comfort and Value
The location, cleanliness, comfort of the one bed unit we stayed in was amazing. The staff here are so helpful and provided the best hospitality! The value we got in having our own condo style unit that was walking distance to the Las Vegas strip and average taxi or Uber when we were too tired to walk home was under $15. Because it is off the strip, and the layout of the buildings it gave us the laid back vibe for downtime we really enjoyed. On-site convince store for last minute needs was also wonderful along with an on-site restaurant.

Nice balcony with good view
Staffs are friendly. It would be great if checkout time is 11am instead of 10am.

Good Location
This is a good place to stay for an extended business trip. Having a washer and dryer in your suite is a nice bonus. You don't have to go home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes. Good location, walking distance to the strip.

Great place but hate the pushiness
Great and convenient place to stay with lots of amenities at a great price. Biggest issue is with staff, specially the timeshare desk that tries to sell you on a timeshare even if you say no-they keep going. It was so uncomfortable & they acted annoyed at us after we said for the 10th time no. This was when we first arrived so it put a bad taste in our mouths and we felt weird for the rest of the trip.

Very large and functional apartment. Really great to stay with entire family.
We spend two nights in this hotel with my family. The apartment was very large and functional, it was very convenient to stay with all my family. The location was pretty good too, only ~20 minutes walk from the Strip. The hotel proposes 5 different pools, a dinner/breakfast place as well as a small grocery shop (very useful). We were disapointed concerning the breakfast: we paid for an included breakfast, finally the breakfast was limited to 30$ per day... for all the people of the apartment (so 6$ per day per person in our case).
