Great Staycation
Had an amazing time and an incredible view of the Sphere! Additionally I was located near all the attractions my family wanted to see. The staff was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Great stay
Great stay, wish we had a longer stay. The room had lots of space and storage. The 2 bathrooms was a plus. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of utensils. Have a washer and dryer was another plus.

Great location close to it all
Great location near the strip, sphere, and mass transit lines. It is nice to have a place to place to relax that s not a hotel room. Loved the balcony

Convenient to Forum But Not Much Else Appeals
The hotel is close to Caesar's Forum, which made it convenient for work at a trade show, but I wouldn't stay here again. Room was not ready when I arrived and my IHG club status got me no special perks such as sitting in a lounge while I waited for the room. I was kicked out of a lounge because I was not a time share owner. The check in process was a little strange where the check in staff sent guests to another area of the hotel to get a time share sales pitch. Additionally, the room was in a remote building on the second floor, which required walking outdoors and carrying my back up a flight of steps (this was a surprise). The shower tub filled up with water and was slow to drain, and the tub looked old and had stains on the rims. The hotel said servicing the room was an additional and high charge, above the $29/day "resort" fee. Calling this hotel a "resort" is a serious stretch.

Ac in room
AC didn’t cool my room enough, the thermostat in the room only went down to 70 degrees, therefore I can’t sleep very good when I’m hot so relaxing was tough for me.

Ok for a resort but not great
Place is ok. You will need a car or an Uber/Lyft to get anywhere. Restaurant on site is small and cannot accommodate all guests as people were waiting for empty tables. Our room had some tiny bugs which we discovered on our food. We had left some expensive pastries on the kitchen table for maybe an hour and that was enough time for bugs to crawl in there. Water heater broke. We were told by maintenance to wash up in another room which didn't make sense. Maintenance brought over new keys. Confused I went to the main desk and was told to just move my stuff to the new room. I took the time to tell them that we found a personal vibrator box in the nightstand of our bedroom. It was laughed off. New room had walnut pieces under the bed. So, I do wonder how well they clean these rooms. Pools are ok but old and lounge chairs are as well. Overall I probably wouldn't return. Was acknowledged as a platinum member but no room upgrade.

Nothing positive worth mentioning
The rooms - yes, rooms, because we had to be moved twice, between 9pm arrival and 11pm, with all our stuff across the entire property in 90+ degree heat with no offer of assistance and "are you sure you can't stay in that room?" asked of us by the front desk - were terrible. No blackout curtains; exposed nails under the carpet at doorway thresholds; old dental floss left in the bathroom sink; completely nonfunctional AC: would you to stay a room where it's 86 degrees?

Not very welcoming at check-in and kitchen has ants and roaches
The rooms are comfortable, but the kitchen had ants roaches roaming around. We only stayed for one night, and the check-in staff didn't even bother to introduce us to the property (what is in the property). All she asked was "is this your first time staying at our property?". Nor she asked if I am an IHG member. I wasn't able to gain points for the stay as an IHG member.
