Somewhat disgruntled
Good facilities but terrible experience
Rooms as usual were excelllent. Experience was totally ruined by (1) constant timeshare harassment and staff acknowledging this is an issue but it "is just the way it is" (2) ridiculous measly breakfast allowance that may as well not have been offered (3) twice attempted to extort double resort fees from us (4) no shuttle service to strip - meaning overall hotal now comes across as a group of cheap and money hungry thugs

Great location, Nice apartment/suite setup, Poor noise insulation, Bad staffing experience
2nd time staying at this IHG property. Very nice apartment setup with properly supplied kitchenette. Noisy with poor noise insulation so neighbors' every move is heard and lots of traffic noise as well. Staff was poorly trained, with made for other guests' charges on my account and other billing headaches.

Great Stay!
Great Hotel, a good price, and it's near the Vegas strip. I love staying at this hotel in Vegas so that I don't have to walk through a smoky casino. This is a great option if you are traveling to Vegas with your family.

Conveniently close yet quiet!
While the lobby was always busy, the rooms and pools were very quiet. Minutes away in walking distance to the Sphere or the High Roller attractions near the strip.

Well furnished
Great response time from front desk. Had to drag 8 luggages upstairs by ourselves. The resident upstairs were so noisy at night we can’t sleep until they sleep, it was frustrating. Not giving resort vibes like I was looking forward to. The apartment has everything we needed though

The property is located a block from the strip and is walking distance to the fun, it's a short drive to downtown Freemont experience. The location has 5 pools that were heated in the winter if you want to take a dip.

Great location, quality of customer service and spacious rooms
Location of this hotel resort is very close to strip and very convenient to walk to multiple attractions or Casinos. Rooms are very spacious and very well maintained. We all had great time spending at this resort and will visit again soon.
