Comfortable clean place. Only complaint I had was construction workers waking us up early banging pipes outside doing repair work on building. Outlets in room need to be replace. Plug something in and falls right out. Deactivated key card after requesting late check out. Need better communication with housekeeping

Excellent staff at the front desk, great main pool experience, safe and clean.
The staff at the front desk were all excellent, the young lady that helped us multiple times during our stay - I wish I had written down her name - was extremely helpful and really went about and beyond assisting us. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the main pool. Family friendly but still fun for the adults. Room was clean and comfortable. Great experience overall.

Nice Hotel , good location.
This hotel is a great place for a family to enjoy Las Vegas. Though like any resort it does come with its issues. Be sure to double check when you arrive if you have made any special requests as they do not seem to listen very well. Overall the hotel is nice and the pools are great but they need to spend a little more time cleaning the pool areas as we saw the same food stains on the tables around the pools for days, so take some lysol wipes to the pool with you.

Great stay
Apartment was spacious and clean. Well equipped for 4 people with small balcony over the pool. Having a washing machine and dryer was a big plus as was the free parking and WiFi. Location was great just 1 block from the strip. Usually stay at 1 of the strip hotels but would stay here again. Plenty of space for 4 adults with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. TV in main lounge and both bedrooms. Activities centre could do with updating as some of the amenities advertised are only available for 1 hour a couple of times a week (table tennis) and the table is shoved in a corner with no space. Only had 1 phone call from the timeshare people but wasn't harassed.

Great apartment
Excellent base for anyone thinking of taking kids. 5 pools to choose from, and all relatively shallow depth that wer ideal for my 4yr old and 9yr old granddaughters

Facility is fairly spread out. If you want to walk to the strip - good luck. At this time the construction on the Sphere due north begins every day at 5AM (or sooner). That means lots of beeping (trucks backing up) and clanging of hardware.

Comfortable suites and great service
The suite is stylish, comfortable and with a full kitchen, you have the option to prepare your own meals. The main pool is really nice and has a rock waterfall. They had live entertainment on the Friday we were there. The restaurant food was very good and the service was excellent! Highly recommend
