Things to Do at the Resort

Dinner tastes better with ocean air. Grill up burgers, hot dogs, seafood, or whatever your crew is craving on one of the oceanside barbecue grills. There are two grills next to the boardwalk. Hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Grilling utensils are available at the Front Desk, and guests supply their own charcoal.

Keep the beach energy going with simple family activities. Build and fly kites, then come back together for daily movie night. It is a great way to fill the gaps between pool time, dinner, and bedtime. Special Activities are free and run from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. in the Activity Center.

The Activity Center is made for families that turn every game into a competition. Play air hockey, try Pac-Man, test your claw machine skills, or just enjoy some indoor fun when everyone needs a break from the beach. Hours are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The Activity Center is located next to the Front Desk.

Keep your routine moving, even on vacation. The Fitness Center includes a treadmill, stationary bike, universal machine, free weights, and yoga mat. The Fitness Center is next to the Front Desk and is open from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Keep the beachy vibe going with a friendly competition. Shoot hoops on the basketball court or play volleyball on the sand while the sea breeze does its thing. Sports courts are on the east and west sides of the pool. Hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Basketball and volleyball equipment are available at the Front Desk.

Kick off your flip flops and slide into the heated oceanfront infinity pool. It is the kind of pool that turns a quick dip into an afternoon. Look out over the white sand, listen to the waves, and enjoy a front-row to the Texas Gulf Coast. This is one of the easiest wins for families. Kids get pool time. Adults get beach views. Everyone gets a reason to stay a little longer.

After a full day of sun, sand, and Galveston exploring, the hot tub is your reset button. Settle into the warm bubbles, take in the ocean views, and let the day slow down.
