Be ready to be sold when you check in. The property is nice but IHG should be ashamed of themselves. Won’t return.

Room super clean

My favorite place to stay in Galveston! Room super clean and staff was very friendly. Will be back again. Very family friendly and happy there is a place to eat close by

Comfty bed and relax

nothing to improve! we slept all good and relax - we loved the beach view in the morning. i will definitely rebooked another time!

Great location. Awful people.

It was just OK. Staff was rude and dishonest. The only good things are the pool and beach access.

Fairly disappointed

The front desk staff seem to not care in general- there is not a feasible way for us to book 6-12 months in advance. We have truly enjoyed this place in the past. On a positive note, the desk staff were neatly dressed.

Nice stay.

Nice, but not great. Kinda expensive for what you get. Older resort, pool was cloudy and connection issues with internet made an important meeting impossible to have.

Great location, good room

Like this hotel by its location, friendly staff, very convenient to access the beach, clean room and excellent guest service. I wish hotel would serve paid breakfast We will definitely come back every year.

Excellent ocean access

The view of the pool and ocean were excellent from our suite. We could walk down to the ocean and enjoy the waves. The suite was roomy and kitchen well appointed. Nothing like a relaxing view of the ocean on vacation. The taxi service from Jeffs was excellent.

Room experience

All in all, the experience was good. The bed and pillows could’ve been a little more comfortable, but everything else we used was good. No real complaints or issues.
