There's better places

This is not a very clean hotel. A roach greeted us the first night, the bedding on both beds had blood stains. Maybe I'm too used to the Holiday inn Express line, We payed for the hotel prior to the trip, now we're fighting an extra $329 charge to my CC that we were told would disappear a week ago. As a dedicated Platinum IHG member I'll be checking out other options for future hotel stays.

Not the top of the list

Maybe I'm a bit too used to the Holiday inn Express line. As for this hotel, the hotel was and old hotel with paint slapped on it. I also could have done without the cockroach we found and blood stain on the bedspread on both beds.

Great Experience

The resort is beautiful and great location to the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Jani, at the resort desk, was GREAT to work with. She was able to take care of our vacation preferences. Also, the resort location was quiet and very relaxing.

Friendly staff and great location

The staff was very accommodating throughout the whole process! Went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay! The amenities were fantastic and the resort was super clean!

Shani and Sandy at front desk are truly awesome! I wish every hotel had people like them! Super nice! Our stay was short, but we really enjoyed it. Nice pool, well kept, and nice location on beach. We will definitely return. Hopefully soon!

Staff responsiveness

I contacted the front desk upon arrival regarding issues with the room; smoke detector was not attached to the wall properly and didn't appear to be working, bugs crawling up the wall in the kitchen, shower door wouldn't close, and clumps of dirt and fuzz hanging from the air intake. The AC filter was dirty and that caused the buildup of fuzz and dust After 24 hours nothing had been done. I called front desk and the responded they were glad I called back because they couldn't remember who called earlier. A repairman was sent to the room while we were out. The dangling fuzz was gone but the buildup around the access door was still there, smoke detector was still unattached and the shower door still wouldn't stay closed.
