Rooms were great, staff were great, overall stay was outstanding

Breathtaking views and wonderful people

Amazing place to stay!! Thank you for making such a memorable stay for my family and me. The pool, hotel, games, ice cream, free drink, & so much more were the cherry on top. Staff was amazing A+++.

Getaway

This is my favorite getaway from home. Holiday in seaside is relaxing and tranquil. We had an amazing stay at this oceanfront property. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was incredibly relaxing. The property was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed with easy beach access. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free. We especially loved spending evenings on the balcony watching the sunset over the water. Perfect place for a peaceful beach getaway

Disappointing stay for first time guests.

Disappointing stay at the Signature hotel for the following reasons: refrigerator never produced ice. Rude staff member. Annoying staff member on departure date. Bathroom faucet was loose. No hot water in the kitchen sink.

Experience

Very disappointed from the 1st time we stayed in the penthouse and was told we had a room in the penthouse again but it was on 2nd floor instead and the family above walked heavy and heard it all plus ket the lady know not interested in the sales pitch they had on time shares but still got calls all day especially 9:00 am in morning on sales pitch when we are trying to sleep in From this experience we may never stay again!!!

Weekend getaway

Overall my stay was pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the two bedroom villa. It’s was like the size of a small apartment. We stayed in the Ambassador which was newly renovated. The only drawback is that we were across the stress from the beach. Nothing major, but if you wanted to be on the actual beach you needed to drive over. It advertises an arcade. Was certainly NOT an arcade. It had a few claw machines. My boys were disappointed and rightfully so. That was a selling point for me, which fell flat.

Wedding stay

Our stay was absolutely perfect️ we celebrated our sons wedding with family and friends. I would recommend the Holiday Inn Vacation Club Seaside Galveston

Love the resort the only if you have allergies is not for you, they don’t have options

Don't go!

No Restaurant, only a minor "cafe" with limited hours. No promised swim-up bar. Nasty showers, with black gunk/mold. Rusty freezer drawer. Looks nice until you actually look at it. One elevator was undergoing "renovation" but never saw a worker.
