Beyond Horrible Experience For The Price

It was bad and when brought to the staff attention it got even worse they put a large family over us and it was like retaliation or something! I wouldn’t recommend & will be returning to the area to visit but NOT to this location!

Great place

Great place to go and relax by the beach and still close to the main island attractions but just far enough away to keep it quiet and low key.

Weekend Getaway

I booked a last minute stay for a weekend getaway with my kids. Customer service was excellent in assisting with the reservation. The location was across from the beach and the resort offered so many additional activities for my children including miniature golf, swimming pool, tennis, etc. The only caveat I have is when I confirmed my reservation, the agent told us we can check in at noon with no additional charge if the room is ready, however when I arrived to the resort I was charged an early check-in fee. When we enter the 2 bd 2bath unit it was so spacious but not cleaned properly (crumbs, finger stains, dirty glasses, etc. ). Overall I would definitely book this resort again but with caution.

Not for us but would be for some people

We accidentally booked this hotel our family was at beachside and this is seaside. However everyone was very helpful at getting us switched over. We did spend one night and the rooms were great. The pool was small and not what we expected. There was lots to do on the property. It was quite aways away from the city. Which was unfortunate for us. But if you’re looking to have a quieter experience this is your place.

Best villas in Galveston

My favorite place to stay in Galveston. I took my sons and my husband for a weekend getaway. The rooms are immaculately clean. The kitchen was very clean. Had everything you could possibly need the ocean view was phenomenal and even though we didn’t have great weather, it was still an excellent day. I will definitely be back.

My stay here was amazing!

My family and I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s definitely family friendly. There’s so many different things to do from golf, to swimming, volleyball, and even basketball. We enjoyed the center where there’s so many different games to play, and so many different things to buy. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be visiting again. If you haven’t been there, you must visit!!!

My stay at Holiday Inn Club Resort 03.07.26

The property was well maintained and gorgeous. The hotel property is off the beaten path of beach goers and restaurants, so it wasn't flooded with people and noise..Loved that!! The room was literally perfect! We had everything we needed. The beds were incredible and the bathrooms were perfect!! We will definitely be back!!!!!!

Staffs never show up during operation hour no food

My Dimond Elite status was not recognized. No complimentary breakfast but just drink/snack ticket. But i simply cant even redeem it because nobody was at the cafe or restaurant. The staffs in cafe/lounge in signature collection building don't workat the work hours! Nobody show up even by 10am, and also nobody is working pass 6pm! We were not able to to get any food or drink. We were starving and had to checkout super early instead out staying until 12am to enjoy the property as planned. Tjis hotel is far from everything, which makes onsite dining so important but nobody was there! Maybe because its due to the high vacancy, but we were very disappointed.

Comfortable and Relaxing Vacation

We were in TX for a family vacation. I booked this hotel because I am a IHG member. I was assigned a unit at the Signature Collection side of the property, so I cannot speak for the other unit sections. The signature collection section is newly updated, beachfront property. The unit was very nicely designed and very clean! No dining room table, but it has a long island that serves as a dining area. We had the 2 bedrooms unit. Large rooms and bedrooms. Tall ceilings. This Club Vacation property is on the further side of the island, so it is quieter.
