Don't go!
No Restaurant, only a minor "cafe" with limited hours. No promised swim-up bar. Nasty showers, with black gunk/mold. Rusty freezer drawer. Looks nice until you actually look at it. One elevator was undergoing "renovation" but never saw a worker.

Remote but nice hotel
We liked the hotel itself but it was way too remote for our liking. We would have preferred being close to the pier, the Victorian houses, the many restaurants. The lighting inside wasn’t ideal and we didn’t have any towels until I called in to let housekeeping know. The staff was friendly.

Lovely stay off the beaten path
This was a beautiful resort with a great pool. The amenities were nice especially because the resort is 20-25 minutes from the main Galveston area. Beach views on the signature side were gorgeous! Our two bedroom suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. Additional food options would be nice due to distance from most outlets.

Don’t book over phone they will mess it up!
Booked a room with washer and dryer and was given a room without. I booked this specifically because I needed a washer and dryer daily as I was on a business trip. Call front desk to ask why she couldn’t explain it and told me that I could go down there and wash the clothes.

Insectos en el sillon studiocauch y súcio no se pudo usar como cama por temor a los parasitos nocivos, en la reception no hicieron caso solo aspiraron el sillon y no se interesaron en el problema, pero eso si a la hora del check out muy estrictos

Beyond Horrible Experience For The Price
It was bad and when brought to the staff attention it got even worse they put a large family over us and it was like retaliation or something! I wouldn’t recommend & will be returning to the area to visit but NOT to this location!

Great place to go and relax by the beach and still close to the main island attractions but just far enough away to keep it quiet and low key.

Weekend Getaway
I booked a last minute stay for a weekend getaway with my kids. Customer service was excellent in assisting with the reservation. The location was across from the beach and the resort offered so many additional activities for my children including miniature golf, swimming pool, tennis, etc. The only caveat I have is when I confirmed my reservation, the agent told us we can check in at noon with no additional charge if the room is ready, however when I arrived to the resort I was charged an early check-in fee. When we enter the 2 bd 2bath unit it was so spacious but not cleaned properly (crumbs, finger stains, dirty glasses, etc. ). Overall I would definitely book this resort again but with caution.
