Comfortable beds and great vacation getaway

This was our first time staying at this IGH property in Galveston. It was amazing! The rooms are spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook our meals instead of eating out every night. I highly recommend this property! We’ve already booked our next stay!

Perfect location!

Great stay. Signature rooms are on the beach. Staff is friendly. Wasn’t overly too crowded. They have updated a lot of things to include the mini golf and arcade. Cafe was clean and inviting.

Cockroach infested and poor wifi signals

There were cockroaches in the unit as well as issues with power outages and wifi troubles. The location is far from the rest of the downtown area and there were many people that went into the infinity pool without authorization

Poorly ran and unkept!

Poor customer service in front office. Property needs major upkeep and maintenance. No sound barriers between floors. Heard every move the people above us made, all hours of the day and night! Many stains on carpet and fixtures.

Updated Room but with Mold and Loud A/c

There was mold in our restroom that looks like it was painted over. The shower had an awful smell when you stepped inside of it. There was a leak on the carpet in second bedroom. The a/c was loud it was hard to sleep. It was nice and renovated (updated) but could use more cleaning and maintenance. The location was too far from restaurants grocery stores.

Secluded and Relaxing

This place is a great location and perfect for small groups/families in the villas. Don’t forget your mosquito repellent! The mosquitoes were horrible.

Mosquitos

Nice location dirty room mosquitos everywhere and toilets barely flush. Steam from shower late at night with son sleeping made the fire detectors go off we had to wake him and evacuate out of precaution. Clean the rooms run more water in your toilets and spray the grounds for mosquitos.

Overall

Old complex Far out from restaurants It wasn’t was I expect from looking at the pictures on the website. I was glad it had a small washer and dryer. It was way out from almost everything. The best part was going to the pool. I wouldn’t recommend this resort.

Great view, pool, and bathrooms

The view of the Gulf was awesome from balcony and bedroom. Pool was clean with an awesome view of the Gulf. Bathrooms were large and clean. Loved the double shower heads.

Fantastic

This location was excellent for a large family. We booked a two bedroom and everyone had plenty of space.
