We got a musty room, but overall nice furnishings and location

Room felt like it was recently renovated, but the smell ruined the stay to a large extent. Great location and access to the beach after a short walk across the street. If you stay here, make sure you can change rooms if it's musty. Be persistent as we never heard back after the initial complaint.

Don't accidentally cancel- no one can help you reinstate

The bathrooms at this hotel are awful. The pool was gross and made everyone sick. If you accidentally cancel and call back 20 minutes later- they will lie to you that they fixed and reinstated it. No one is allowed to do that evidently. Takes hours of your life and they like to hang up on you and transfer you all around.

Loved location

Loved the beach family games rooms and pool area kitchen cleaning the parking lot was clean people were nice and allowed us to change after the beach they were sweet and kind to my children and we truly appreciate their service

Amazing View and Comfort

We stayed for a week and had an amazing trip. We felt right at home and recommend staying here. The pool and hot tub were both very clean and inviting Looking at the ocean from our deck and pool was both great selling points. The private beach access is also a great selling point.

Easy checkin and great view

Kids loved the pool and the putt putt. We will be back.

Fantastic location with miles of beach and views! Immerse your senses into relaxation that I couldn't resist, and it was well deserved by my body!

Great staff

Nikki was the person who assisted us. She was extremely professional and very friendly. We were tired and stressed and she made everything so much better.

IHG Stay in Galveston

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We would have like more food options at the resort, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. As I mentioned, the mosquitoes were a problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome view

We had a really nice time at this resort. The room was up to date and clean. The view was amazing. We liked the amenities. We played golf, shuffle board, and bingo. The pool and hot tub were nice to get into after a day at the beach. We can't wait to stay here again.

Our stay

My family’s experience was mediocre at best. We were looking forward to using the amenities that were promised through the website and over the phone. When we arrived we were told that we did not have access to the amenities. We told the reception that my wife is pregnant and asked for a lower level and they still put us on the highest level, 3, with no elevators.
