Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! Very convenient to the convention center. Quiet area with lots of amenities for the kids!

Outstanding Resort

If you’re looking for the best place to stay in Branson, MO , this is the best place!!!

Dirty, dark and dated

The overall rating of this resort. First the rooms are so outdated and the photos online to not look like the room you will stay in. The carpet was a dark teal and was filthy and fraying at the edges. If we did not wear shoes our feet turned black from walking on the floors. There were dirty finger prints all over the walls, doors, and light switches. The room is very out dated. The furniture had a smell to the and my kids did not want to sit on them. It was so gross. The bathrooms had water damage and it was just painted over. The carpet by the door ways next to the edges had so much dust that the carpet was white near the edges. The 4 mornings I stayed there I was woken up 3 of them from mowing or yard work being done or them moving equipment outside my room. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Outside there are spider webs and bugs everywhere. Honestly I would never stay there again. I would not recommend it. I could go on but I believe my point is made. This place needs a complete remodel.

Great Possiblity, but in poor condition.

This could be a GREAT place to stay if it was at maintained properly. Rooms are configured excellently but showing considerable degrees of wear and tear. Lighting is extremely dim. Why can't they use LED lighting that is very energy efficient, but keeps everything well lit.

ROOMY & PEACEFUL!! Great View !

Nice roomy condo, ground level ( no steps), attached mini-apartment great for grandsons!, close to pools … there’s 4 outdoor & 1 HUGE indoor pool, everything you need is there!!

villa overlooking the trail was very relaxing

We were disappointed that only 1 pool of the 5 had a restroom, which was why everyone went to the pool up front, which tended to be crowded. There was a pool somewhat near our villa, but there was no sidewalk to make it easily accessible, and as I said before, no RR. This was very disappointing. I am very glad I had not bought into the properties, as I don't know how many other resorts would be the same way. The shower floor was very slippery, so we had to put down a towel to prevent falls. We asked for an extra blanket for the pull out, and it did not arrive until I called again the next day; so my daughter spent 2 uncomfortable nights. The management was very courteous and helpful, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and other amenities were very nice. Sitting on the balcony with the lovely vegetation behind was very relaxing.

Mystic Mountain View

Not Great.

I've stayed at a few Holiday Inn Resorts and this one was by the worst. We paid for 4 nights, stayed only 3. Room was dirty and room service never showed up. Dirty linen bags remained outside our room for two nights until they were relocated to the lawn by staff. Overall not impressed.

Just ok

This site will give you a pressured sales pitch. Also they must allow animals because our sofa was covered in animal hair. We used the bedding for pull out sofa and covered it so we wouldn’t be covered in the hair. Not impressed. For allergies sake, we should have been in a room that no animals were allowed but were never asked if it were a problem. TV had only a low number of channels and was not a smart TV, no premium channels were available.
