Discomforts with the Room

I experienced several discomforts with the room. The constant running of the toilet was disruptive. Additionally, the bed was lumpy and hard, significantly impacting my sleep quality. The room itself felt dated and had an unpleasant, stale odor. The living area furniture was also problematic, with a hard sofa and a chair that sank when occupied. Finally, the off-site gym, requiring a 5-minute drive, was less convenient than expected.

Comfortable

We were all very comfortable. It was three couples there on a mini vacation and I get away for me and my husband from the loss of our son. Our overall stay was great. We were able to get out and do some things.

Dangerous

My son was nearly removed from my vehicle by a stranger. Was told there are no cameras and then immediately was prompted to sign up for a timeshare as I’m trying to find the offender.

Disappointment

The bed was lumpy and I woke each morning with low back discomfort. The toilet ran off and on during the whole day. The living room chair was worn and when I sat in it I would sink. The living room sofa was hard to sit and lay on. The suite smelled old and it needed a refresh.

Feel like home, while being away from home

The rooms were amazing. They were clean, no stains on the beds and stocked full of towels. It also had glasses and cooking utensils for the kitchen. The TV software is outdated but other than that, I really enjoyed the stay! There is also many pools, activities and places to visit.

Adequate for the price

The bed comfort was passable, but the "sitting" furniture was quite UNcomfortable-- the worst hotel furniture I've ever experienced. The room was clean and the price quite reasonable; however we are unlikely to stay there ever again. It certainly didn't live up to what you'd expect for the IHG brand.

My stay

Everything was perfect besides I had a 3 day reservation and they didn't have the rooms for the third day even though I had it reserved for 3 days I only got too stay for 2 I do feel they should give me extra rewards for the inconvenience as I stay with IHG hotels at least 2 weeks out of a month

Excellent staff and very clean

Lots of things to do spacious and clean Staff was amazing always greeted with a hello when entering the lobby

Everything was excellent, though the shower was a bit on the small side.

Everything was pretty much excellent. Though people in the building had a bad habit of slamming doors and the shower is a bit small for big people. Otherwise it was perfect for our 26th wedding anniversary.

Nice property, bed bugs.

I would pass if there was another option. No acknowledgment of being an IHG reward member, no IHG coffee, not the friendliest staff when asked, the room was nice, very spacious and a real cool setup of property. But the bed bugs ruined it. We are absolutely ate up by them and now we have to deal with that. Appalled and disappointed and really wish we wouldn’t have spent my rewards night on this.
