Awesome place to stay
Mason at the front desk was very efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel offers excellent amenities. The trolley service was great and came immediately when called on. I can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Large and clean suite, great location! Highly recommend!
The suite at Holiday Inn was just beautiful. It seems like it was just refurbished. The furniture, cabinets, curtains all looked new and spotless clean. The suite was large, clean the bed was comfortable, and it had all the amenities needed for a great Thanksgiving dinner. The balcony was an added bonus. The price was also great!! We will definitely be back!!

The beds are very comfortable, The one issue was we could hear every conversation in the next room when they were there, I’m thinking it was because my room had a connecting door, otherwise my stay was so great I’m going to book the same place next year.

Great Service and Clean Updated Rooms.
Had an amazing stay. All the staff I encountered at the Grand Geneva were extremely nice and helpful. Had a 2 bedroom suite at the IHG Holiday Inn which was completely updated. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a large separate soaking tub in the main bedroom. Balconies overlooked the golf course. Ate at Grand Central (definitely check out their baked goods!) and Grand Cafe for breakfast. Both were great. Staff at both were extremely accommodating and professional.

Great set up for families to gather with the living room and kitchen set up. Ample space for multi people to get ready at once having a tub and sink separate from the rest of the bathroom.

The check in person Mason was efficient and polite. The room was nice and clean. The trolly was quick and effective, the driver of the trolly was very informative. The meal we had at the Italian restaurant was very good, with very friendly staff.

Fall getaway
The area the resort was located was beautiful especially since it was fall. Check in was smooth and our accommodations were fine and very clean. We did not eat any meals at the resort as we did most of our sightseeing downtown by the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall the stay was great, very clean and the personnel was attentive with warmth. I will recommend this chain to everyone I know and again on my next stay, next year I will be needing your facility to conduct our outing. Thank you

Clean and great location
Our visit was in the middle of October. The resort was just under 10 minutes from the lake Geneva and great location. We enjoyed seeing fall foliage and indoor pool at the resort. Food and beverage selection were also great. We would like to go back in summer so that we could enjoy outdoor pool next time.
