Great Hotel!
Our family stayed for only one night passing through but it was the perfect stay! The valet took care of us immediately and the front desk made us feel like VIP after an upgrade in our room along with information on the area. Great place great staff and highly recommended.

Great Location
Beautiful room, great location. Many things in walking distance that do not require getting out the car. Easy walk across canal st for access to Bourbon and the French Quarter. I will be staying here again in the near future. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Two bedrooms within one suite was amazing. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and its own privacy. This is so amazing for two adults who do not want to share the same bed while the pricing was still comparable to a regular hotel. The bed was comfy. The bathrooms were large loved the overhead showerhead. The air conditioning worked well. The service was amazing from the door staff to the desk clerks. I was never told no that it could not be done. I was only told yes we will look into it and they would. Always a smile from the staff always a greeting from the Staff. They were always amazing.

Hygiene issue
Older buildin I’m understanding of this but I felt an obvious hole on the laminated floor near the kitchen room 801— but what really bothered me was the cleaning issue. Good place still if you need something close to burboun street. Just don’t expect the same quality as other resorts. If I showed you a picture of the bottom of my foot from the RECLEANING of my villa…—let’s just leave it there.

Wishing you a better stay
Dirty sheets, poor plumbing and unattentive staff.
Tub very slow to drain, bed linen dirty, no one there to change bed linen and sanitize. Security guard gave us clean sheets, we had to change the linen ourselves on the night of our arrival. Valet had my car smelling like marajuana. This is not a serious vacation club resort.

My stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations was wonderful from start to finish. The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty of amenities for both relaxation and entertainment. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a great stay. I especially appreciated how clean the accommodations were and how peaceful the atmosphere felt throughout the resort. The resort offered a variety of activities for families, couples, and solo travelers, making it easy to find something enjoyable to do each day. The location was convenient and close to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Club Vacations to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and relaxing getaway.

Mrs Jessica went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival. Her level of professionalism and accommodating to our individual need, set the tone for a great stay! Mrs Sue , the most polite, helpful and welcoming person I came across while in New Orleans! She is the perfect person to be the face at your doors. Her attention to detail and ability to remember guests so easily was definitely noted . She is a gem! The gentleman who checked us in I didn’t catch his name but was very professional and helpful . He was a charm! Of all the holiday inn resorts we have visited I by far have to say this a true well oiled team. Being a business owners, I have to say you are on point with this team !! We loved our stay and give it a 10/10 all day, everyday! Hospitality at its finest . Thanks from the Notorious P.I.G team

First time in New Orleans
Can’t beat the walkability of the hotel, staff is super friendly. The concierge is a nice touch. The bar opened early for the guests. The free washers is a perk. The pool is small but nobody is here for the pool other than to dip their feet anyway. I would and will 100% recommend this hotel
