Birthday Nightmare

Me and my wife WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!! We have been to this hotel in the past but our stay on Wednesday October 7th 2026, which was my wife's birthday, was the last straw. After checking into the room, there was issues with the room. By the island area in the kitchen, the floors was super soft so i notified the front desk. They said they would send someone to look at it but no one ever came to my knowledge. The morning of check out, I noticed that the hotel had charged an additional $389.00 to my card. When i notified the front desk at checkout, I was told that the charges would drop off and that it was charged by accident. they asked me my contact info so that the manager can contact me THAT DAY on Thursday October 8 2026. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL!! Fast forward to Friday night, I noticed that the full charge for my stay was cleared but the $389.00 was still showing as pending and talked out of my account. Due to this error, I caused a financial burden on my account and as of me typing this review on Saturday October 10th 2026 at 10:18, this resort is still holding my $389.00 charge "hostage" out of my account. After this review, I have a reservation coming up for a two night stay during Mardi Gras that I'm going to cancel and never stay here again. The worst part about it is that we spent our honeymoon at this establishment and it had emotional meaning to me and my wife. Sad that they treat loyal customers like this.....

Not too shabby

Staff is fantastic! Greeted us with NOLO flair. Rooms were clean and nice. Great location. I would stay here again. My only complaint is that I would get calls very early, waking us up kind of early, trying to get me to come down for a presentation that was not a requirement of just booking a hotel (not a promo deal) nor was that anything that I agreed to do, so that was annoying.

Disappointed

Nice room accommodations, little to no real amenities. Polite staff however no real action to address member needs or concerns.

Great Hotel!

Our family stayed for only one night passing through but it was the perfect stay! The valet took care of us immediately and the front desk made us feel like VIP after an upgrade in our room along with information on the area. Great place great staff and highly recommended.

Great Location

Beautiful room, great location. Many things in walking distance that do not require getting out the car. Easy walk across canal st for access to Bourbon and the French Quarter. I will be staying here again in the near future. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

100% Recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Two bedrooms within one suite was amazing. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and its own privacy. This is so amazing for two adults who do not want to share the same bed while the pricing was still comparable to a regular hotel. The bed was comfy. The bathrooms were large loved the overhead showerhead. The air conditioning worked well. The service was amazing from the door staff to the desk clerks. I was never told no that it could not be done. I was only told yes we will look into it and they would. Always a smile from the staff always a greeting from the Staff. They were always amazing.

I loved how nice and clean the resort was and the staff made my stay very enjoyable.

Hygiene issue

Older buildin I’m understanding of this but I felt an obvious hole on the laminated floor near the kitchen room 801— but what really bothered me was the cleaning issue. Good place still if you need something close to burboun street. Just don’t expect the same quality as other resorts. If I showed you a picture of the bottom of my foot from the RECLEANING of my villa…—let’s just leave it there.

Great place to stay!

This hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are awesome with a lot space and great staff. I am already planning on booking the hotel whenever I go back.

Dirty sheets, poor plumbing and unattentive staff.

Tub very slow to drain, bed linen dirty, no one there to change bed linen and sanitize. Security guard gave us clean sheets, we had to change the linen ourselves on the night of our arrival. Valet had my car smelling like marajuana. This is not a serious vacation club resort.
