Warning!!! Avoid this hotel!!

No hot water during our stay, and when we reported it, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, offering no proper solutions. We were forced to use a dirty bathroom with hair scattered everywhere, which was completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Despite requesting to speak with the manager, there was no follow-up or resolution. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Hard sell

I traveled 5 hours by car to reach hotel. When I arrived it took over an hour to check in. It seemed normal at first, name, credit card, etc, but then I was walked to another area to receive my key. After an hour of say no to every sales pitch I was given the room keys. Every day of the stay was a phone call try to sell timeshare. I was paying full price for this trip and did not purchase a package ahead of time. The reason we picked this was for the extra space but I will most likely never stay at a vacation club property ever again.

Great location

Great location to everything and comfortable beds, clean rooms. Staff were great in every department. I love how they text and ask how my stay was and ask if I needed anything it was a great stay.

Location to venues

Within walking distance to venues. Accommodations are nice with staff being very friendly and professional.

Comfortable bed, very clean.

Very good location with the street car stopping very nearby. Room was good, very large and very clean. Pool was quiet small but very clean and was heated. The greeter at the door was very accommodating.

When we arrived we were greeted by the friendliness that you would expect from a family member, it made our experience and stay worth it!

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at the holiday inn club in New Orleans. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect in relation to our venue and rate was hard to beat. I’d definitely stay here again.

Bad valet great front desk

valet is horrible and unprofessional. front desk is friendly and very helpful especially with recommendations

Great hotel

This is a very clean and spacious room. Very comfortable bed but wish there were warm blankets as the nights were cold (for me).

Great service

Brandon and Amaya was great, They both was very welcoming from beginning to end. Ms. Sue is very helpful and kind. All of the staff was great. I would definitely be back and recommend IHG to my friends and family.
