Elevate Your Workout
If you’re looking for workout options beyond the Berkshires’ fantastic skiing and hiking along the famous Appalachian Trail, we’ve got you covered. Our fitness center offers a variety of exercise equipment in addition to several sports courts throughout the resort. We also have a great little hiking trail if you want to add some fresh air and beautiful scenery to your cardio routine.
Fitness Center
Keep your workout routine on track during your Berkshire Mountain vacation at our on-site fitness center complete with changing rooms, showers and a sauna. Must be 16 or older.
Hours: 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Location: Lower level of activity building
Equipment includes:
- Treadmills
- Ellipticals
- Stationary bikes
- Free weights
Sports Courts
When it’s time for a pick-up game, head to our activity building to check out sports equipment from our game room.
Courts include:
- 2 tennis courts
- Basketball
- Shuffleboard
- Volleyball
- Cornhole
- Horseshoes
- Bocce ball
- Pickleball
*Sports courts opened seasonally and weather permitting.
Hiking Trail
You’ll find a short hiking trail at our resort that winds through the mountain forest and follows along East Brook. You can grab a map at the Front Desk if you want to explore on your own or your family can join our activity team hosts for guided hikes, too.
