Great kids getaway!

We love coming here. This is our second year in a row and we noticed some changes. The first change I hope they go back to is having kids activities all during the day. They were all cut off by 4pm. Right when you check in….they had kids activities until 7pm last year. Another thing which was BIG, was the arcade. The arcade had lots of money pit new “games”. Like the claw ones…but these ones NEVER LET YOU WIN!!! They had lot of regular fun games for the kids, now it seems like a money pit. Also each game was 35-50 credits EACH!! They will lose customers if they keep up w/these changes. It’s not fun spending money on “games” you can never win. We did like the new Jurassic park virtual game though. The rooms are nice and clean. But I do have e 3 complaints, they charge you if you want to exchange your towels after 1x. $11 per set 😳 That’s ridiculous when you staying multiple days and going to the pool everyday. And this I hope they fix, one of the jets on the tub was broken and it cut my daughter’s toe. It was a hot tub jet.

Do NOT stay here

Room smelled like dog pee. All of my clothes smelled like pee after staying here. Also, this hotel is not friendly to business expense reports. It has taken me almost a week to get the hotel to respond to diamond elite customer service in a way to a receipt reimbursable by corporate standards. Would not recommend.

We really like this resort!

We love staying here! The price is good, considering that we have a kitchen, dining area, living room and deck for only a little more money than a hotel room. And everything is very clean. Also, karaoke on Saturday night is surprisingly a lot of fun! For someone who normally wouldn't be caught dead singing in public, that says a lot! I highly recommend this resort.

Oak N' Spruce Resort enjoyable

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Oak N' Spruce Resort. We got to use the indoor pool and my three month old son got to enjoy his new pool float.

Great place to stay for families

Great hotel for families. Ron’s of activities and amenities. We stayed in a town house villa and there was a ton of space! Everything was clean. Very friendly customer service & a convenient text option to ask for anything you wanted.

Great grounds amenities and size of a dated room

Great grounds amenities and size of a dated room The room is dated and dark with furniture tray needs updating. The indoor pools are great but the atmosphere is drab. Nice overall stay

Everything you need for a nice quiet weekend!

My sisters and I needed a little weekend getaway. We had been to oak and spruce once before and were very pleased. It did not disappoint! Very clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed. Close to restaurants, stores and the lee outlets were right around the corner! We can't wait to go back again!

Great resort in the Berkshires!

Great resort, many amenities. Friendly staff. Excellent location just off the beaten path but so very close to everything. Would highly recommend for families or taking grandchildren to. They would love the arcade, pool and theater.

Hiking trails

The place was amazing. Stayed there twice before. Always a great time. Close to everything that you want to do. The pool and hot tub was very much needed after a day of hikes. Local restaurants were awesome. The staff did an excellent job as always. Waiting to do a return trip soon.

Great place to stay!

This place was a fantastic surprise in value, comfort, cleanliness, and space. The unit was well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being able to eat in our room. If the weather were nice we could have enjoyed the patio out our back door.
