Dirty and in need of a major remodel

Appreciated the size. The furniture, floors and carpets were filthy. The kitchen cabinets are so old they do not close. The upstairs bathroom had no toilet paper roller holder. There was a scant amount body soap in the shower dispenser. Does anyone check these things? The living room air conditioner was so old and dirty that I am sure it is a health hazard. If we do not get sick from the dirty air conditioner, we will be lucky. The furniture is old and dirty! I washed every single thing that came in contact with the disgusting furniture. The place is in need of remodeling. New furniture, new flooring. Wash the floors and carpets that are there now. IT was a horrible stay and we could harldy wait until we could leave!

NICE PLACE TO STAY

WE HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE AND THE PLACE IS TERRIFIC. THE STAFF IS FRIENDS AND HELPFUL. THE POOL IS GOOD WITH ENOUGH CHAIRS. SOME OF THE UNITS COULD USE AN UPDATE.

Comfortable and perfect for a family getaway

Our family, including grandma and child stayed at a two room villa. The resort is very well laid out. Everything is easily accessible and there is plenty to do in the resort as well as in the area. I would recommend it and hope to return for a week, next time. Fantastic stay. Very clean, great wifi, and fantastic location. I would recommend upgrading the TVs.

Hidden Gem

We loved this place. We booked it on a whim and had no idea what to expect. The people who work there seem to really enjoy their jobs because everyone was so friendly and helpful! The villa was beautiful. We were surprised by how quiet the grounds are once you get away from the Activities Center, considering the number of children there. The pools and hot tubs were clean, the grounds beautifully maintained. Our only disappointment was the whirlpool jets in the tub in our bathroom were broken. But having access to two heated spas, it wasn't really that big of a disappointment! Absolutely recommend this hotel and we will go back.

We will be back!

We booked 6 Villas for our yearly family trip. From our 4 yo grandchild to our 26 yo grandchild, all 14 grandchildren were extremely happy with this resort, Our 5 adult daughters and their spouses were happy everyone was happy. As for us, the matriarch and patriarch of the clan, we are thrilled with everything Oak n Spruce had to offer for entertainment. EVERYTHING!!! We’ll be back!

Good for families

My family and me enjoyed our stay. Wish there were more activities duerin the night such extended movie schedules at 7 or 8

The perfect place to getaway and relax

My wife and I recently stayed at Lee Mass location. Everything about it was amazing. We enjoyed it so much that I booked again for our upcoming wedding anniversary. Looking forward to going back. We were extremely pleased with everything.

Family fun

Our family had a great time. Lots of things to keep everyone busy, the pools. Sports. Golf, arcade. We barbecued and found a great space to share meals with our whole group.

Excellent Rainy Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at the resort, even with the rainy weather! There was so much to do for the kids indoors, which made all the difference. The two large indoor pools were a huge hit, and the hot tubs were perfect for relaxing. The indoor amenities kept everyone entertained and happy. During the few breaks in the rain, we were able to enjoy the playground, which was a great bonus. The brand new mini golf course was also a highlight—beautifully maintained and a lot of fun for the whole family. Next time, I’d love to explore some of the hiking trails that looked amazing from what we saw. Overall, the resort made a less-than-perfect weather weekend feel like a perfect family getaway. Highly recommend!

Great resort in the Berkshires

Oak and Spruce Resort is conveniently located just off the Massachusetts Turnpike. Close to many amenities yet tucked back in a wooded area next to a lovely stream. Nice rooms, great for families with the many activities and pools available. This will definitely be added to our favorites list!
