Great place to stay for families

Great hotel for families. Ron’s of activities and amenities. We stayed in a town house villa and there was a ton of space! Everything was clean. Very friendly customer service & a convenient text option to ask for anything you wanted.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Great grounds amenities and size of a dated room

Great grounds amenities and size of a dated room The room is dated and dark with furniture tray needs updating. The indoor pools are great but the atmosphere is drab. Nice overall stay

Yes, I recommend this property.

Everything you need for a nice quiet weekend!

My sisters and I needed a little weekend getaway. We had been to oak and spruce once before and were very pleased. It did not disappoint! Very clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed. Close to restaurants, stores and the lee outlets were right around the corner! We can't wait to go back again!

Yes, I recommend this property.

Great resort in the Berkshires!

Great resort, many amenities. Friendly staff. Excellent location just off the beaten path but so very close to everything. Would highly recommend for families or taking grandchildren to. They would love the arcade, pool and theater.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Hiking trails

The place was amazing. Stayed there twice before. Always a great time. Close to everything that you want to do. The pool and hot tub was very much needed after a day of hikes. Local restaurants were awesome. The staff did an excellent job as always. Waiting to do a return trip soon.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Great place to stay!

This place was a fantastic surprise in value, comfort, cleanliness, and space. The unit was well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being able to eat in our room. If the weather were nice we could have enjoyed the patio out our back door.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Fun and relaxing fall family stay

Lovely end-unit 3rd floor 2BR villa was clean, spacious, well-stocked and recently updated in a tasteful farmhouse/rustic style. We enjoyed the private balcony and the in-room jetted tub. Only quibbles with the lodgings were a few lumpy pillows, tub jets needing de-scaling, and a too-cold fridge that froze our food! (Might want to adjust the temp and also turn on the ice maker upon arrival.) The cafe is more of a snack bar and there's no breakfast service, but the full kitchen in the villa made it easy to cook. Beautiful grounds and great amenities for kids young and old in the fall: 2 indoor pools (3 to 6 ft deep) with hot tubs, shuffleboard, mini golf, playground, walking trail by the brook, arcade, and more. Having the bathrooms (with saunas inside, somewhat unappealing) outside of the pool area is inconvenient. None of this really took away from a delightful stay, though. Courteous and attentive staff that let us check in a bit early with the option to use the amenities until the villa was available. Note: while not an issue for our family, this hotel/timeshare was once a ski resort before accessibility was a thing, with varied lodgings on tiers up the hillside around the central activity center, and lots of stairs on the grounds and to upper and/or lower floors in the residences. For those with strollers, mobility devices, tons of luggage, or challenges climbing, perhaps alert Reservations in advance and try to get ground-floor lodgings closer to the activity center.

Yes, I recommend this property.
