Comfortable room and great staff

We booked the room for one night before heading home from our vacation. My daughter, husband, and I stayed in the room. There was ample space for us each to relax and feel comfortable. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower and jacuzzi tub in our room was great. We didn’t get the chance to use the kitchen but the set up was plenty if you wanted to cook and store food in the fridge for a longer stay. The staff were pleasant and explained things in detail when I checked in.

Great 4 nights in the Berkshires

The resort is spread out in the scenic mountains and has something for everyone. We enjoyed the activity center and were able to play a round of mini golf by ourselves since it was off-season. The villa was fully equipped with a large bathroom which was refreshing, a king sized bed (we were upgraded for no cost from a queen), and a kitchen with all we needed for the times we ate in. The living room had a DVD player which we didn't expect, so we were able to relax in the evening and watch DVD programs we brought with us. The grounds include an Activity Center building where we played some table tennis and played a game of outdoor mini golf with no one else around. Also, there is a small trail near across a brook where we had a picnic and relaxed on one afternoon. The location is close to many Berkshire attractions and the towns of Lee, Stockbridge, Great Barrington and Lenox, where we found shopping, dining and other things to do locally. The villa bedroom was comfy but we found that housekeeping hadn't vacuumed as thoroughly which was a bit disappointing. We would recommend this accommodation highly, especially in late October.

Very Unhappy. Bad customer service and noise

We were woken at 7am by large machinery and blowers cleaning the parking lot outside our room. It lasted for 90 minutes. Lady at the front desk said "sorry " and she could do "nothing to help me" . She was rude and dismissive

Great overnight stay

I was in the area for a birthday party so it was a very quick trip with little time at the hotel. But our stay was excellent and would have liked to stay longer to use some of the amenities.

Pleasantly surprised

The reviews we’d seen were not justified. Yes, the apartments were dated and need updating but everything was there. It was spacious and comfortable. This is a family friendly complex so all FF&E needs to be robust. The bathtub in the master bedroom was weird but we understand that will be removed as part of the upcoming renovations. We didn’t use any of the facilities so can’t comment except to say that there were many amenities to keep a family happily occupied.

Unique Holiday Inn Getaway

Upon arrival I was under the impression that this was your average Holiday Inn, but I was wrong! The Oak and Spruce location is a gem in the Berkshires that surprised me. The setup of the resort is cabin-esque and cozy, perfect for fall fun around the area. At night the hot tub and other amenities were greatly appreciated given the cold weather. 10/10.

Great value for the price!

Rooms are spacious and great for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. Convenient location which is close to hiking and a nice town. Would stay here again!
