Spacious rooms

I appreciate the amount of room in our suite. Plenty of room to gather. Plenty of private space as well.

Great views and amazing on site amenities

We love that the villa has a walk out porch with amazing views of the mountains. The indoor pool is always clean and warm with plenty of people. One of the best features of the room is the jet tub! We spent 2 of our nights on the arcade area playing the games and relaxing. The whole resort feels safe and lively at most times of day. We enjoy that there isnt daily room service and we're left on peace our whole stay unless we request something. The resort has so many cool places nearby to hike and museums to visit!

Perfect in everything!

I love the location which was close to the Shrine of Divine Mercy. I love the room - we got the President Unit. It was clean and the rooms are big. It has all the amenities we wanted to use but didnt have the time. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We attend the Divine Mercy Event yearly and would love to stay at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Oak N Spruce Resort Berkshires, which is close to the area. The kids and adults love this resort; it has everything we need for a short stay. Until next time.

Top Notch Overall Experience

Between the convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and the comfortable rooms, I was most impressed! The check-in process was quick and easy, the amenities were plentiful for people of any age, and the cost was competitive with other hotels within the Berkshires. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a trip to western MA!

everything for everyone

kids enjoyed resort facilities, moms enjoyed shopping at the near outlet mall and dads had grand time hiking. everything for everyone. better to go there though in warmer months to enjoy outdoor facilities

Relaxing weekend away

The place was great. We picked the right weekend as the whole place was quiet and we had peaceful privacy. The staff was awesome and the facilities were more than adequate. We stayed in the winter time so the heavy influx of summer people didn't disturb us.

Great stay

Room was spacious & clean. Game room was fun for the kids, and the pool was great also. Activities like face painting & karaoke. Only cons were distance of our room from the activities building, not enough food options, and the rooms could def use updating.

Large and comfortable rooms!

We stayed in a 2bd/2ba suite and loved how much space we had to spread out. The two king beds were also extremely comfortable! We didn't use most of the hotel amenities (pool, arcade, etc) but when we walked by, noticed quite a few families with kids

Great Girls’ Night Retreat!

We had everything we needed for a fun overnight for the 4 of us. We were comfortable, the room was a good size, and all was clean. Definitely enjoyed and will likely make this an annual trip. Requested early check-in and that was accommodated as well.
