Great hotel and location!
Great hotel, grounds, rooms, activities, location. We absolutely loved our stay. Good sized rooms easy check in activities for kids and adults.

Nice hotel
I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and quiet. The only minor downside was that one of the pools was closed. Overall, a solid 4/5 experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Great amenities and setting
This resort has great amenities and the villas are roomy and homey. The kitchen is fully stocked—all you need to bring or buy is food. In fall the tennis courts were always free. You don’t even need to bring rackets and balls for tennis or pickle ball. The resort grounds and setting in Lee are stunning with hiking trails, you never need to leave the resort.

Nice place for families
We've been coming here for a couple of years for family weekends. There is always so much to do right at the hotel, the kids love it! The rooms are comfortable and roomy, the staff is always very helpful and nice!

I came to the Berkshires to visit family. I'm originally from the area and knew of the Oak and Spruce resort. I didn't know that it now is run by Holiday Inn Co. I'm a rewards member and thought I would give the place a try. Loved it

Relaxing!
Feels like home. They provide everything you need for a comfortable stay and with plenty for everyone to do including children. Beautiful walking path. Heated pools and hot tubs. Mini golf. This place has it all!

Lots of room
The "room" we had included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and patio! It was a lot more room than we would have had if we stayed in a regular hotel. And we had access to pools, hot tub, sauna, miniature golf, etc. So much to do there we wish we didn't have to leave!!!
