Fun family time

Resort has several amenities, rooms are spacious and family friendly. Resort is very large be prepared to bring a golf cart.

Excellent family stay

We loved our stay at orange lake resort! The rooms were beautiful and clean! Pools were so much fun for adults, teens, and kids!

Excellent family vacation destination

Upon arrival we were thrilled to see that the condition of the Resort was 5 stars. Easy check in and our Villa was not only immaculate but decorated beautifully. All the grounds were kept up with beautiful landscaping. I loved how you didn't have to leave the resort. It had everything we wanted and needed. The pools and slides the lazy river were more than we had expected. Would highly recommend this Resort! Can't wait to come back! Thank you from the Millers

Orange lake resort stay

Christian and Day helped us out and made us feel welcomed here from the time we walked in. Our stay was amazing, the only thing I would have liked to see is the QR code for the shuttles posted on the signs at the stops not only on the actual shuttles themselves

Horrible! Worst check in ever!

It literally took me and all my family members two hours to check in when we arrived! They screwed up all our rooms and offered not even a thank you! Horrible customer service and the manager was rude! I will never stay here again!

Summer Stay

The stay overall was nice. The hotel seems a little dated. I found it strange that none of the pools had lifeguards. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurants were yummy. Not many areas to choose from for food and more.

Meh

The resort is nice but huge. Shuttle service is absolutely available but inconsistent. We waited ten minutes at the stop on the Sunday that we arrived, a shuttle pulled up after my husband walked back to get our car because it started raining. Frankly, I just don’t want to wait that long to get to the pool areas. Rooms were nice but so far away from amenities, so I don’t think I will re-book. If they allowed us to rent electric scooters or golf carts, I’d reconsider. The pools are nice but that inflatable slide has gunge on it that made me say EWW out loud. Walking up appears clean but once you end up in the catch area at the bottom, just don’t look. Green and black slimey gunk. The food was crap, with the exception of the BBQ spot by the main pool. The ladies who work there are FABULOUS. Not only is the food SUPERB, the women who run that place are just fantastic. Kind, friendly, full of laughter, helpful, and overall my favorite people to interact with all week.

Amazing stay!

We had a slight issue with a last minute booking but the staff sorted it out quickly. They were so friendly and continued to check on us through our stay. Our room was spacious and clean. The resort offered so many things to do, we couldn't even get to all of them! Next time we will definitely stay longer!

Terrible outside appearance

Checked in on a Thursday afternoon and complained that there was some kind of animal poop on the landing right by our door. Still there Friday and once again told the sales department about it. Still there Saturday and called once again and complained. Still there Sunday when we was leaving to check out. Every time I was told it would be taken care of right away.

Family Fellowship

My family & I checked in July 8th -13th for a family vacation, we had a wonderful relaxing time. We stayed in a three bedroom unit & everything about the resort was amazing! I would highly recommend this place !
