Not clean at all

Lack of customer service and cleanliness. Management is not ever available either. Room was not cleaned at all.

Love this place!

We love this place! Whenever we have family or friends come to Florida & want to go to the parks, we always stay here. My husband is in a power wheelchair and the accessibility in the rooms and on property is excellent. It really is a great place to stay and enjoy all the amenities!

Awesome staff, room was perfect

I would highly recommend this resort. Extremely friendly staff, and check in and check out was seamless. Room was astounding, all the perks.

Very happy stay!

The last time we stayed here was about 8 years ago. The newly renovated room was very nice and made for a relaxing stay. Staying here helped make our vacation very successful! My wife is very particular about where we stay and it usually can makes it or breaks it for her.

Wonderful staff and a clean room.

I was greeted by a smiling employee at the front desk. I was checked in quickly. The room was clean. The kitchenette is well stocked. The inside of the coffee maker had some crude. I didn’t make coffee. The sheets in the bed were not of the highest quality. They were not soft. Almost felt industrial if that makes any sense. Good towels in the bathroom. I was disappointed that a free breakfast wasn’t included with the room. Every other Holiday Inn has it. The atrium was nice. A bit noisy with children enjoying it. It’s a bit of a walk to the Marketplace. It was pouring rain. We didn’t go. There is a grocery store close by if you want to drive there. The restaurant Breezes is nice. The staff is Wonderful. The food is average. I didn’t finish the mussels. They seemed a bit off. The next day, I had the crab dip. I thought it tasted a little off as well. I thought it might be my chemotherapy effecting the flavor so I ate it. My digestion wasn’t happy that night. Again, might be the chemo, but I think the seafood was off. The chicken tenders were fine. One of my biggest complaints is the elevator. It’s so small that once you get the luggage cart in, you are lucky to get 2 people in the elevator. Plus there is only one. Our room was at the top of the stairs on the left side of the lobby. Elevator is to the right. My 80 year old mother had to walk all the way around the building to get to our room. If only the hallway extended over the lobby, we would have been directly there. My mother didn’t leave our room because of this.

Not a place for vegetarians

Very few vegetarian options and those that we did find were clearly not conceived of or consumed by someone who would actually eat it. How hard is it to carry a veggie burger option? Also our breakfast credit was only good at one place that opened at 9 am. My child wakes up at 7, so I am not sure who this is designed for. We went off resort for breakfast, which is a pain.

Overall experience

Overall my stay was ok. The villa was a nice size but a bit dated. In the living room there was a broken curtain rod that had nails coming out of it and my daughter almost stepped on it. When I called from my cellphone it took quite a while to have someone come out to the unit. It was never discarded. Also no telephone service. IT never came to fix. Only for check the issue.

Amazing property

This was my first vacation in several years and this hotel made it PERFECT! It was beautiful and everyone there was so nice and helpful.

Wonderful Resort and Facilities

A GREAT resort not too far from Disney. Pools are landscaped wonderfully, Golf Courses in great condition, Resort spotless. Study room had furniture that needs to be updated but overall a GREAT TIME, Highly recommend

Not clean at all!

Weird smell, molded toilets, dirty showers and roaches. The absolute worst experience from start to finish! Not to mention do not ask for management because they will tell you no one is available and you must wait on a call!
