Excellent value!!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this resort last minute.

These rooms are awesome

I Love traveling with a group of friends or family and this place is perfect for that. I so look forward to coming back here in my travels

Don’t believe the hype

This was one of the worst stays staff was busy holding a conversation with others so that would explain the problem on how they assign us a room that doesn’t exist Staff was very rude and lazy took 45 minutes for them to finally realize that the room they assigned wasn’t a number they even have to lazy to assist sends security who apparently they still didn’t believe so had us just wait No service in the room couldn’t get anyone to come clean room or make beds I wouldn’t recommend this to a stranger Everything to spread out definitely not for elders NOt kid friendly Remind me of a unattended nursing home

Comfortable family stay with great amenities for all ages

I’ve now stayed at the Orange Lake Resort 3 times. It is conveniently located (only a few miles from Disney) and has lots of activities for the family. The property is well maintained and the pools are immaculate. The 3 room villa I stayed in during my most recent visit was plenty big enough for a family of 5. The villa was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view off the outside sitting area was beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay with their family. The only negative aspect about this location is the high pressure attempts to have you attend a welcoming reception where they try to sell you a timeshare. Some people may be interested in spending some of their vacation time at a sales pitch. I was not. I would whole heartedly give this resort an “excellent” rating, if not for the sales pitch.

Issues resolved

I was told and sent to the wrong location. No elevator on one side, missing remote. I am a Tv watcher and I needed that remote to turn on the tv, because it was late I was ignored. Then we I called back to make sure they were coming. Yes, in the morning. What!?!?! I can’t sleep without the Tv. So they brought it 3.5 hours later.

Not worth the money

They hound you to tour the place at check in, don't do it, they charge you $30 and will tell you anything to get you to do it, even free vacations that aren't free. The pools are over crowded and they charge you to use anything including tubes. There are far better resorts then this, Reunion is cheaper, classier and more beautiful then this place. Pools are gross and dirty. Also the lazy river is 2ft almost the whole way around so you scrape you legs all day trying to float, sounds like a good time huh.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The staff was very helpful. The front desk helped us will all our needs. The cleaning staff were very friendly. It was close to Disney and all of the things we wanted to do.
