Time Sharinganlage

Dies ist eine Time Sharing Anlage mit starken Verkaufseinsatz. Ein 20-minütiges Verkaufsgespräch ist Pflicht und es wird ein ein sehr schlechtes Gewissen beim Check in gemacht, der circa 45 Minuten insgesamt dauerte. Selbst als Diamant Mitglied habe ich eines der Zimmer mit den Ventilatoren vor dem Fenster bekommen siehe Fotos Tag und Nacht hat die Außenwand vibriert. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich. Der Pool war okay, aber auch hier musste man für die Tube extra Geld bezahlen. Sieben Dollar pro Person.

Great vacation

Great service and a beautifully kept property. Our unit always is well maintained and clean. There needs to be more bath towels in our unit.

Worn out, over crowded, low-end ihg

The profit the place turns from volume of people needs to buy some time for basic maintenance upkeep. Everything is worn out. It is clean and pools are great for kids. But the nickle dime for every little thing, mixed with time share sales pitch got old after first day. Full paying customers should not have to deal with this.

Perfect for families

This resort was an excellent fit for our family ( myself, husband and 3 teenagers). I felt comfortable with my children walking and using internal transportation to get around. There were a ton of activities to keep them busy while my husband and I were able to relax. If you do actually need to leave the resort, it's a great location. Really close to Disney, a lot of food options as well as grocery stores right outside of the property. We will be returning later this year.

Great place to visit

I truly enjoyed my staff, My family and I visit this resort every year for Spring break. The last two years we have invited family members to visit as well.

Found cockroach in kitchen and mold on trim last day we were there. Reported issue snd never heard follow up

For receiving awards on customer service, we were completely dissatisfied on our concerns regarding roaches in the kitchen

Terrible location of “west village”

Our unit was directly backed up to the major highway out front and traffic noise WAS UNBEARABLE. I emailed the hotel but never got any response. I emailed about something else and they did respond - so they don’t care about sticking us in the horrible area - and we are not first time guests. Maybe last….

I would return

This place was great for our family with a young child as well as the older adults (60). We would return. Love the spacious rooms, cleanliness, and pools.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great amenities, wonderful service

We lived our stay and highly recommend to anyone else staying in the area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Loved all the charging stations. Front desk was kind and very helpful. Pools were great and couldn’t keep the kids out of them.
