It took a long time to check in while there were only few customers that is because they need much information and they also wanted to sell you timeshare rooms to you but they didn’t talk you the truth at the beginning. It wasted us time to check in. Also, the directions guide is not clear at all and there were constructions around the buildings.

Beautiful getaway

Enjoyed our stay, staff were exceptional. Villa was clean and spacious.

A very mediocre experience

In the end it was a very mediocre experience for the family - there was no wow moment, just status quo for the most part. There are other resorts experiences that offer better price/value. The booking experience was poor as the villa promised was not available when we arrived. So the experience did not start off on the right foot and it really never got back to a good level. So in the end we would probably not come back to this IHG resort. Sorry.

Great place for family

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Kissimmee. Overall, it was a decent experience with both positives and a few drawbacks. The resort grounds are well-kept, and there are plenty of amenities like pools and activities for families. The room itself was clean and spacious, which I appreciated. However, I had a few issues during my stay that impacted my overall impression. First, I was woken up early one morning by loud lawn mowing right outside, which wasn’t ideal while on vacation. It would be better if landscaping work happened later in the day. Second, the directions to my room were confusing—staff marked the wrong location on the resort map at check-in, and I ended up wandering around for quite a few minutes before finding my room. Lastly, my room key stopped working on the second day, and I had to go all the way back to the front desk to get it reactivated. Despite these hiccups, the staff were generally friendly and the resort has potential for a great stay. With a few improvements in guest service and communication, this could easily be a 4-star experience.

Pools and Property were nice.

Over all it was a nice place. Rooms were good, just needs good cleaning. Floors we dirty ( bottom of your feet very dirty after walking on the floors). Hair on the back of the sink. Need to pay more attention to details.

Overall Great Experience/Great Value

We had an amazing stay at this resort! There were endless activities throughout the day to keep the whole family entertained—multiple pools, water slides, a lazy river, scavenger hunts, and games galore. We did not golf but there are a number of golf courses within this property as well as having the option to rent power boats, jetskis, etc. Our family was so happy with everything happening on-site, we didn’t even need to take them to Disney or Universal! The Fun Zone added extra activities such as a 500' water slide, zip line, air jumping, etc. The resort offers several dining options, though it’s worth noting that some spots close by 4:00 pm. It's also super convenient being right next to a Publix, which had everything we needed, from groceries to sunscreen. And the poolside bars serve fantastic cocktails! Overall, it was a perfect, fun-filled getaway for the whole family.

The resort itself is great, I had an issue with one of your "sales marketing managers" Daniel, was very rude to my wife.

This resort is fine to stay at. I have been coming for years and would recommend. However, this trip an issue with a rude staff member that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. As long as you don't have to deal with this guy you should be fine. I will leave it at that.

Home Away from Home

I would highly recommend staying at the resort. It's so much to offer for kids and adults. If your here for fun; the resort offers so many activities that you can do something everyday and every hour. If you don't feel like driving shuttle service is definitely punctual and at no cost to guest.

Great place to gather with the family

The villa was very comfortable and had many practical amenities such as a place to do your laundry, space for cooking with almost all utensils needed to do so. Living room was comfortable. Bedrooms were spacious.

Good times were had by the whole family

Love the villas, this was our first stay in one. We were able to enjoy the patio and backyard being able to run and play with my grandbabies was the best, we even had a lil Easter egg hunt for them. We all like being able to stay in one place together and have room to breathe. There is so much to do at the resort, and this trip we made it to the lazy river, it was a blast for us all except for papa who decide to stay in the room and rest. this was our 4th time staying at the resort. We love that it is close to everything that the family enjoys doing in Orlando, This is our new staycation Resort of choice. lol See ya soon.
