Family Reunion

The grounds were beautiful, the villa was equally as impressive but the bed sheets were far from clean as we found rocks in the master bed and the extra blankets were not clean. The cost of the water park is a separate price which we were not made aware of until we arrived. Would have been nice to have known this beforehand. We left early because the price got to be more than we expected.

Great place do stay. Think I have found my place to stay in Florida. We will be spending our vacations here.

Family vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the resort it was fun friendly and very comfortable. We loved all the space we got in the villa and how we each had our own room. The kitchen and washer and dryer were a big help too.

Amenities are great but some of the villas are outdated

As always, the amenities were on point. The kids love river island. We like the fact there are multiple water areas for the kids. We also like the restaurants and bars. There’s plenty to choose from. This year we were placed in the north area. The villa was outdated. It was old looking and not very clean. This May be the last year my family visits here.

bad room service .

air conditioning was down for days , requested billows numerous times for days never arrived, elevator was down for days.

Great, cost efficient stay

This resort is just minutes away from Disney and exceeded my expectations. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are exceptional at hospitality. The building is a little dated but it is clean and rooms are big with kitchenettes. I would recommend staying here to anyone going to Disney or anyone looking for an inexpensive getaway.

Roaches and bug in room

It was roaches and bugs in the room me and my kids broke out real bad from the beds and we couldn’t stop itching. I killed a lot of roaches..

Short getaway

Nice place to relax. A bit overcrowded. Great pool facilities. Good restaurants and beautiful grounds. Beds are somewhat hard and a bit uncomfortable but the overall room was good.

Poor WIFi service

Have to call front desk and their bright house support from 8:51pm to pass 12am to no avail, have to make call early in the morning the following day just to have the WiFi service connected. WiFi is important when you have kids to keep busy and therefore a major item in my choice of hotel.
